Last time I had Burgerville was in Portland about 10 years ago, it was horrible. My family decided to get Burgerville today and I have to say it was delicious! Fries were hot and crispy. 4 stars due to value only. Service was pretty good, speed of service was fine. Waffle fries are always a favorite. Bacon burger was fine, but was far from a wow especially for the price.

The guy taking the order was very helpful and polite! The person handing out food, has 0 public skills! Had to even ask to have my fish & chips box put in a bag, as it wasn't going to stay closed. When I asked for ketsup and fry sauce, he acted so put out!
