Fantastic dining experiences from the location, ambiance, service and food. Everything was perfect. We even had great interactions with customers on the next table! We had steak for two (with Moral mushrooms right now) and would definitely recommend it, but skip the lunch that day.
Father's day dinner was amazing! We had the mussels and clams for starters and it came with a piece of bread with a really good spread. The broth was so flavorful and both mussels and clams were so tender. My husband had the Yellow Fin Ahi which was nicely seared and he loved it. I had the special of the evening which was the Swordfish and it was thick and perfectly cooked. Very satisfying dinner!
Recently went to Barking Frog for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. All of the food was fantastic! I ordered the beef tartare (first time ever trying) and absolutely loved it. Can't wait to have it again in the future. I ordered the duck entree. The duck was cooked perfectly. I will say, I was expecting something more for the "root vegetables". It appeared to be a side of cauliflower rice and three pieces of turnips. I also ordered a side of ravioli. 100% would pay $28 again for a side of that ravioli, it was incredible! The bread service was also good.
The staff and service was excellent! I definitely plan to go back in the future.
We had a lovely celebratory dinner with excellent service. They offered amazing cocktails and I had easily the best duck I have ever had in my life. My friend's halibut was overcooked, but they quickly made it right and she said it was perfect the second time. The desserts were quite good, too. I didn't want to share my banana chocolate mousse. My friend asked for an espresso martini even though it wasn't on the menu and it was quite beautiful and tasty. I had never eaten at this restaurant before, but will be back for special occasions.
Dinner: What a fantastic meal! Asparagus appetizer was delicious and full of flavor - egg custard is a unique addition but worked very well. The egg yolk ravioli is a rollercoaster of flavors in a marvelous way. Our main entrees, ribeye and swordfish, were perfectly prepared with flavorful accompaniments. Huge kudos to our server, CT - he was charming and took great care of us during our visit. It was an hour wait to get seated, but the food and service were outstanding.
Breakfast: We also ate here for brunch the next morning. They don't accept reservations, first come first serve. They were clearly shortstaffed and the two hostesses were having difficulty managing both the waitlist and their own stress (one looked like she hated being there). The cooks were still producing quality dishes and the servers were doing well, it just took a while to get a table - 50% of the tables were available, they just didn't have enough people working to handle the number of patrons.
This place was great! The food was spectacular, the wait staff was super friendly and helpful. All four of us really enjoyed our food. The prices are mildly steep but 100 percent worth the food that came out. Pomegranate mimosa was soooooo good. My mother in law was in love with the tea they served. She is a tea-a-holic and could not stop raving about the flavor of their black tea. Side of potatoes was so amazing. They had multiple hot sauces to choose from and their Jam and Syrup comes out in cute little glass jars. We started with a plate of beniets and they were so freaking good and served with a delicious huckleberry cream cheese. Overall an excellent bunch and we will be back.
Perfectly prepared food and a killer wine list. Service was impeccable with ambience to match.
We visited for dinner and for brunch. Brunch was also flawless executed. The chefs here know what they are doing.

They don't allow reservations for brunch during the weekend, but I showed up at 11am and got a great spot inside. Outside seating was a 25 minute wait. I got the huevos rancheros and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. Both were phenomenal! Our server, Sarah was also on point! Great service. The bloody mary was also great! Can't wait to come back
