I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and as you can see from the picture the bowl i got was in half, seemed like they gave me someones left over food. I went straight from drive through inside the store and the manager on duty told me " thats how it comes", 🤯🤯🤯, i just asked them to make a new one, which they did, but the manager attitude and the other employees was like i was requesting something special. Even the new one they made doesnt look even close to what Panera promotes.

Placed an online delivery order through the Panera App. The driver delivered this to the wrong address. I had to call Panera back twice because the first call no one answered. Who would of thought 8pm was their busiest time of the day. When they finally answered the second time I called I got the absolute rudest employee to speak with. She offered zero help and did her best to get me off the phone. Was told even though it was ordered through their Panera app that it was technically door dashes fault which I understand to a degree. Problem is the order was not placed with door dash it was placed with Panera who subcontracted the order to door dash. The employee said it is what it is and there is nothing they can do. I assume since they close at 9pm she just wanted to leave. Wish I would of asked for her name because there was zero desire to help with the situation. Her only objective was to get off the phone and go home. Customer satisfaction and customer retention was obviously not in her job description. Judging by the other reviews on this panera location I am not the first one to share these frustrations. Management needs to step up or find someone who is willing to provide atleast a mildly satisfying experience. Best of luck to anyone who attempts to dine at this fine establishment. We visit this location frequently and usually have great service and wonderful food quality, that's why we go here 😄 I understand everyone has "off" days and sometimes you maybe short staffed. Last night must have been one of those days. The chicken salad Sammy was sparsely filled, we received no baguettes with our soups and my daughter's salad seemed a bit...short. I joked with my daughter that the B team must have been on duty. But she agrees that this was the first time in a long time that things weren't up to Panera standards. Realizing that the economy has prices going up and we may not visit as often as we'd like to but we always expect excellence from Panera. We'll visit again and see how things go, who knows, may change my rating after that.

Terrible experience manger (Marissa) was very rude asked for a flat bread cheese pizza without pork pepperoni and gave us what they wanted and also order a salad which I don’t want bacon on it I asked them to take the food back and they didn’t want too because of Corona which I understand but she was very rude I won’t be ever going to Their again!

Ok, first off they ALWAYS mess up custom orders. Secondly, they make soups and sandwiches slower than molasses. Thirdly, I have been here for 35 minutes just trying to get my soup and sandwich. They put cheese on my food when I asked them not to and im literally waiting twice as long just for them to fix their mistake, terrible customer service. Definitely needs more competent workers.

0 stars for sure. This place needs new management 100% we asked a question for the manager at the window and she screamed "fuuuuuck this". We were overcharged and when we pointed it out (vecause we get the same thing everytime) the cashier explained panacea has a new way of ringing in sandwiches vs meals.... but the prices was the same she simply never gave us drinks yet charged us for them. Horrible service.

Had a great experience here. I believe the girl who helped me was Jewell. Coffee was great. Muffin tasted a bit older. Scone was great! I accidentally exited through the main entrance, not seeing the direction arrows on the floor. Otherwise a cheerful experience.

Everyone hustles so hard there!! I dont know what you pay them but its not enough...they do a hard job and maintain their speed and profesionalism! Amazing...however the cinamon rolls are NOT dry as a bone the last 2 times ive gotten them 😝
