Boston Market

My friend was kind enough to buy us dinner from there. I went to put it in the microwave to find out they sold her raw turkey our turkey was raw two dinners raw turkey. No gravy no cranberry sauce, but raw turkey. I called the store to complain and was told sorry nothing I can do about it. Then I asked for the corporate number I was put on hold and after 15 minutes of being on hold I did give up. I just want to let you people know that if you eat at this Boston market in West Deptford New Jersey please watch what you're eating because there is a possibility you will get raw turkey.

I haven't been to a BM in a couple of years. I was in the mood for some comfort food and in the area running errands. Grabbed a kids meal and a large turkey platter. The large was the same size as the kids meal somehow, and the turkey was mostly fat and/ or skin and had no taste whatsoever. Very tough to chew through. The mashed potatoes and corn were good and my son enjoyed his meal. Don't think I'll be back though.

Food was the worst and I love BOSTON MARKET. So I will have to say it was the location. The staff were horrible. It almost appeared as if they did want to help you. The outside looked like it was closed there even was a sign that says YES WE ARE OPEN. The inside looked a mess. Will not be going back to this location or telling anyone to stop by until they can step it up

Lately this store does NOT make pick up orders until you arrive at the store. This happened twice and the people working there could care less. No customers were in the store today when my order wasn’t ready for pick up. If this location has a manager who is accountable they should do something about this oversight on customer service. My name and time the order to be ready is on the wall I have paid and they don’t prepare it. SUCKS!

I ordered a meal in April 2022 and was told they had no more turkey after I ordered online and showed up for pickup. I asked for my money back and was told to give them name and last 4-digits of CC. Of course, never received a refund. E-mailed corporate 3 times with no response. This Deptford place is satanic, and pure evil. Do not go to this place. It's of the Devil. And so is its HQ. If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. The servers here are akin to having to sit through a Rosemary's Baby movie. The place is ultra-dirty.

We were traveling from western PA to Ocean city NJ we stopped here to take a break saw Boston markets and decided to try it we've always heard good things about it , we walked into this establishment and wished we would have walked back out.... the food was terrible the place looked like it hasn't been mopped since the building was new ice tea machine didn't work had a sign on it that said ask manager we asked the manager and she didnt know how to work it either.... the place should be closed down and cleaned properly before being reopened the place was #1 worst place iv ever been and will never be returning to any Boston market locations this establishment is straight up pathetic
