As you walk in you're overtaking by the aroma of a real New York Deli.. the black pepper the garlic all the smells messed in together like a quilt of ambiguous flavor and smells. After wiping the drool from my mouth I took a seat in the Retro but new decor I almost started singing Sunday Monday Happy Days. But I kept my composure I ordered the famous Pastrami Reuben extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.. as I looked at this succulent sandwich the glare from the pastrami dripping with moisture the delicious sauerkraut ever so tart and tangy. I took the first bite good thing the chair had a back on it I almost passed out for the burst of flavor that exploded in my mouth. This was one of the best sandwiches I had ever had. After I ate my sandwich I caught my breath and made my way to my car... the staff was incredible I will definitely be back...

Made us feel like friends coming over to eat, kidding around with us.
The food......coleslaw & pickles on table to start........the corned beef sandwich was Huge, great flavor...did not need condiments ..could only eat 1/2.
Would definitely recommend to EVERYONE..lol
Recently went to Katz for the first time about 6 months ago and had the best pastrami I ever had, now me and the hubby are there about once a week! Also told the in-laws about it the first time we were there so they tried it and now they are there once a week as well! Best sandwiches in town, and the staff and service are just as great!! Highly recommend Katz
Never a disappointment! Great food! I'm not a pastrami eater but their pastrami is out of this world!
Get the Lox (smoked salmon) and Chive Cream Cheese on a toasted everything bagel (Nova sandwich). You won't be disappointed! Overstuffed pastrami/Reuben's are a great choice too. If you're looking for a Jewish deli, this is the real deal!

Katz Restaurant is our place to dine. We go there often. EVERYONE is so polite and friendly and makes our stay AWESOME all the time. The food is out of this world. Anything we have ordered was right to a tee. My favorite is hot brisket sandwich with brown gravy n the motza ball soup. I can't get enough of it. LOL
The best Matzo Ball soup I ever had! Love the pickled too. Always friendly fast service! So much wonderful things to say about this place!
This was my first time visiting Katz’s Deli. What a great experience, the pastrami was outstanding! Service was great and the menu has something for everyone. I’m definitely looking forward to returning as soon as I back in Woodbridge. 😃👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to eat this morning. Amazing bagels, great sandwiches! The owner came out to greet us and wish us a happy holiday and was very nice. Highly recommend it!

This place is DELICIOUS!!!!! Within seconds after sitting down, you are given home grown pickles and coleslaw! The food is DELICIOUS and the menu is very broad so you have lots to choose from! They are busy all the time, yet the food comes out quickly!
Server was super friendly and service was excellent. We went for the pastrami and we were not disappointed. They cut is not too thick not to thin and tender. The options for add ons let us customize our sandwiches to our liking. Overall super experience, when I come back to CT I will definitely be stopping in. Owner took the time to chat and check in on us.
This place is so good. I wish the had one in California. The pastrami is so good. The matzah ball soup is one of my favorites. The briscut is also very meaty. Yum.
Why wouldn't this restaurant be 5 stars? As a transplanted New Yorker, this is the place to go for great deli and nosh! The corned beef on rye was delish and the potato salad to die for. I can't wait to try more items from this extensive and varied menu.

It was exactly what I have heard about Kat'z. The service was excellent food was beyond my expectation. I will definitely be going back. Oh by the way I ordered the Pastrami Ruben you have to get it.
