An amazing chef, who creates absolutely delicious food!! I’ve been enjoying food from The Gourmet Xchange for over 8 years (maybe more lol) and have had the pleasure of knowing/befriending Chef Will to the point of calling him family! ❤️
His menu continues to grow every time I’m back to visit; ranging from traditional American to soulful BBQ to Caribbean jerk and MORE! Which, of course makes it hard to choose. Luckily, I’m usually ordering with my family so we all get something different and “share” 😉lol
Needless to say, there are endless options to choose from and I promise you will not be disappointed with anything you try!
Anything he makes is truly incredible; flavorful with all the right seasonings and prepared to perfection!

Shout out to will and the whole team at the Gourmet exchange, he make very tasty healthy food, works with diets and has the best customer service, wouldn’t miss a stop here to check out his daily menu that’s different every week…. Would absolutely recommend this place and definitely come back again ….
The staff is so nice! Brittany and Will remembered my name after the 1st time I came in, been there almost every day for lunch since. Taco Thursday's are my fav! Jeff's really good with the portions, but get there early! Love the salads on my healthy days - they taste good alone or with chicken or shrimp! I will say the portions for the salads could be a little bit bigger, but I guess that's the point of a salad right? Brittany's cupcakes are amazing especially the carrot cake cupcake ^_^ and the snickerdoodle cookies too! If you have a short lunch break, ordering online is fast and easy and you can avoid the lines, otherwise get there early! :)
This cafe is in my work building and I eat there almost everyday! It's convenient, the food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Brittany knows everyone's name and they really make you feel at home. Also, cannot do without Jeffrey's taqueria!
