Pizza Hut

I had the worse experience today with an order. Placed an order today, was told one amount, got to the restaurant, told another price. Tod, the manager, decided to explain charge me more for a bottled soda that supposedly come with a lunch special. He went on further to tell me that his trained employees have been ringing up my records incorrectly after I showed him previous receipts. I will not be back!

After deciding many months ago that im done ordering from this Pizza Hut due to multiple wrong orders and no reply from customer service I ordered delivery again with hope that they would get a simple order correct. I ordered the Double Cheesy Crust Pan Pizza with bacon and a order of boneless wings. My order was correct this time but the quality of the bacon is so poor that I would not give it to an animal! It makes the pizza disgusting. Attached is a picture of the "bacon" removed from one piece of pizza. I will never waste my money at Pizza Hut Again!

I placed an online order for delivery 2 days prior to our event. The manager called to confirm a drop off time and was so very helpful. Last time I spoke with a pizza delivery place (cough, cough... Papa Johns), I was so turned off by the employee who I spoke with on the phone; they were rude and hard to communicate with. This experience was the complete opposite and I truly appreciate the helpful friendly encounter.

Today I ordered Pizza for my staff. I made a mistake and used my home address which eight minutes from my office. I admit to the mistake. Also, I give thanks to the driver who saved the situation. I should have tipped him even more. However, I receive a call from someone who said he was the General Manager. His words to me was " My driver had to deliver to your office and this can not happen again! The tone was inflammatory. I quickly got off the phone in effort not to make a seen. There was no correction such as use the 807 Moye Blvd because your office is out of my delivery area. Normally, I used this location for my office. Customer courtesy is still important!
