Went in asked the guy for a roast beef said it was discontinued. (Even though it was still on the menu not covered up). Asked what was on a Italian BMT (because my husband had never had it and was going to have to try something new due to the roast beef being out) The gentleman working looked at me like I had asked him a rude question and pointed to the meats like I should have known. afterwards we got the cold cut and the BMT toasted. Moved to the toppings. Which half of the topping bar was empty. I literally came home and added extra toppings because they didn't have enough In The store. When I got to adding the mayo on both sandwiches I basically got told they were almost out even though they work right next to a food lion. (I've never heard of anywhere running out of light and regular mayo) I stated I was going to leave a review on the store the gentleman kind of huffed. Like I was doing something wrong. I stated it wasn't their fault that they should have supplied more food. And he basically stated it was a horribly ran private store. Clearly I can tell when the employees realize they are working with limited and I received limited food. Also when I walked in neither of the employees were wearing masks. Yet they were handling the food.

The employee who prepared my sub was very nice. The restaurant appeared to be neat and clean. The food was fresh and crisp. My only reason for not giving the fifth star is because this particular Subway doesn't carry honey-oat bread or Subway vinegarette sauce. Happy eating!

I visit this location very often! I never had any problems until Saturday June 1st! I decided to get something to eat with my kids while waiting for my husband to get off work! I was there a few days before and ordered a side of steak for my son because he doesn’t eat anything else, just plain steak! When I was there 3 days before the employee only charged me $1.50 Saturday Samantha was trying to charge me$5 for the same thing. I told her that my previous visit I was only charged the $1.50. She began to act irritated! So she gave me my total for everything! I said repeatedly that I wasn’t charged $5 days before! She began to play with the register again and got more agitated! I waited and waited! She gave me the same total again! I said that I would pay for the bag of chips that my son had already started eating, I didn’t want anything else and that my kids and I would eat somewhere else. At this point Samantha told the other employee to “handle her, ring her up”! She kind of flicks the tray saying that she already made the food and it was being wasted! So the other employee still was trying to force me to pay for the food that I had ordered but had not even touched! So for the 5th time! I said somewhat loudly that I only wanted to pay for the chips that my son had began to eat! She then yells at me saying “ you’re not going to verbally harass me, you need to leave and you’re banned from this store! The whole while I’m still waiting for them to take my payment for the bag of chips! So I said back to her “ but I told you I don’t want the food several times. That I’m only paying for the chips! So while I’m waiting to pay she’s accusing me of verbally harassing her and I had to leave and was banned from the store. I said “ you can’t ban me. She responded “ yes I can I’m the manager “ and if you don’t leave I’m going to call the cops. I responded call the cops I didn’t do anything to you, I’m trying to pay for the chips! So my daughter took the money and paid as I walked out of the store! I never cursed at the manager, called her out of her name or anything for her to threaten to call the police on me! I only said I was going to go eat somewhere else! She refused to give me the corporate number or the owners number or information! The businesses next door told me who and when to look for to discuss the matter! I had my 7 year old son and my 16 year old daughter with me. I did nothing to the manager she was rude and nasty from the beginning! She didn’t speak or greet me when I walked in the door. There were two other gentlemen in the store at the time of the whole situation! And he even said that I did nothing wrong! She had an attitude! And that you told them several times that you only wanted to pay for the bag of chips that your son had already opened! Employees at other businesses in the area spoke of how she has treated them negatively as well! I go there very often as I have a 45 minute wait M-F picking my kids up from school! I did not deserve this treatment from Samantha! I hope this issue can be resolved quickly!

STAY AWAY!! I worked here and I don't even know where to begin.. We're always out of something. The bread is usually overcooked so it ends up being dry. The meat sits out beyond questionable amounts of time. You're not allowed to change the dishwater. The water is so murky and has so much food floating around in it I felt like I was making the dishes dirtier. The register sometimes secretly rings items up for more than they should be (Seriously guys, check your receipts from here). However, the biggest problem is that the training is virtually non existent. You're expected to walk in on day one and know how to run the whole store. They briefly show you how to navigate the register but don't even expect a tour of the work space. Four employees were fired in the three days that I worked there. The manager hasn't even worked there a month and employees will never talk to the owner again after being hired. Overall, this location is just really shiesty. If you're absolutely set on Subway, then I would definitely drive the extra couple minutes to the one on Firetower or in Ayden.

terrible customer service. no one greeted me. the sandwich maker was extremely slow with no guidance due to the fact she was obviously new. the other girl very small and noninviting that rung me up was rude!!!! never gave me my receipt nor did she even try to put my cookies in the bag with my sandwich. I literally had to reach for them and put them in the bag myself. I have been going to that subway for years but due to the horrible customer service I will not be returning.

Do not go thru the drive through. I was the only car. It took 5 minutes to take my order then an additional 10 minutes to get my food. Unbelievable. There were at least three employees visible thru the window.

My friend came here and ordered a San which without spinach due to allergies. The order was made with spinach. When he brought his sanwhich back and asked to have it remade he was told that they can’t waste food and the girl removed the spinach with her bare fingers! Very disgusting place rude employees.

Very slow service. Only one person making sandwiches, while the other waits at cashier. Couldn't hear staff. Talked to soft. Had to ask for napkins. Bottom of bread was soggy, even though we had it toasted.
