We are new to Greenville North Carolina. we just moved here last November. this was our first visit to the Mayflower seafood restaurant. I grew up on good seafood in South Carolina. This is a definite oldie but goodie restaurant. The seafood is fresh, with a calabash style. The service was awesome.

First got our drinks and ordered a salad. Didn't get the salads until the food come out at the same time. Didn't like that, should have gotten the salad way before the main course. Ordered the broiled Mayflour Special. It had way to much butter on the plate of food. It had so much the food could hav

Pre pandemic I liked this place. I was appalled at how much it has changed for me. The scallops were rubbery and hard. Shrimp did not taste like shrimp. The croaker was over cooked. They only thing worth eating was the baked potato that I paid extra for.

The food was decent here, ive never really had anything too bad although at my last trip i tried something new, i got the fried captain Smiths combo with greenbeans and french fries, the combo comes with a nice amount of popcorn shrimp, dome oysters, some scallops, a deviled crab, and a pice of flou

The farther I go the better Mayflower gets I’ll start with customer service from beginning to end it was good better then most places nowadays they had everything I ordered and the food wasn’t burnt like some of the other Mayflowers dirty grease or just keeping in the fryer too long if your in the a

First and foremost I'm not saying this is my number one but it really makes a difference the atmosphere plays a big part in a restaurant for me it had old feel .... it needs to be remodeled anyway their food wasn't hot enough for me to start with the fish wasn't fried hard enough for me the scallop

You get sooo much food for your money! The popcorn shrimp, hush puppy rings, slaw, and baked sweet potato for less than $10. So much shrimp on your plate you can hardly eat it all and it tastes great! Servers are polite and attentive to your every need. I think this place gets overlooked way too muc

Generous portions of Popcorn Shrimp & Scollops were delicious. Our server, Joel was amazing.
