This would be just perfect if only for the ambience and how the place is lighted. It's a hole in the wall restaurant in the middle of the town in Winters,Ca. The food was piping hot which I love especially for chinese food and that's a good sign! Cook to order entrees. The food was delicious and they give you huge servings enough for two people! I am talking about the combination plate, which is by the way for one person! Chili oil is homemade folks and is the bomb! Really good chinese food!

Ordered the orange chicken to go. Upon opening the container I got a strong charbroiled smell. Turns out there was a piece of orange rind that was burned to a crisp, giving the whole thing a smoky flavor.
It was adequately spicy. I was hoping for it to be a little crunchier overall.
To-go bag had no napkins or utensils and none were offered.

We received an order of Egg Foo Young last night here in Montana. Our kids in Winters sent us this absolutely best foo young ever! I dream of the day we can travel again and go to Ocean for a full dinner. It is the Best!

Best Chinese food I've ever had, and probably my favorite restaurant ever. Service is amazing and going here is a requirement if you're in winters. If David is there you're in for an amazing time.
