This is a pretty good Cuban restaurant. Came for lunch. Will be back. They have sandwiches as well as hot meals such as chicken and rice, beef stew with rice, pork with rice. I ordered the beef stew. My wife ordered the chicken. Both of us liked it.
AMAZING FOOD! Absolutely the BEST Pulled Pork ever! The meat was juicy and tender and seasoned down to the bone! It came with a crispy piece of the skin on top that tastes better than thick cut bacon! And if you are looking for THE Cuban Sandwich of your life, then look no further! Ricon's gets every element right! The pulled meat is slow cooked, the ham is tender, the pickles taste homemade and even the bread is good! Baked fresh & brushed with garlic butter! Delicious! This place is simple and very clean. The staff is friendly and helped us with the Spanish menu and fed us like we were family! You get lots of good food at great prices! You must eat here!
Yummm. Need to say that i would rate this location 100.. but i can't and the only reason i need to give them a 95 is because they CLOSE EARLY and not open sunday. THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR... REALLY GOOD. I have tried many locations here in Florida and in NJ and so far is the best Pernil, arroz moro and ropa vieja I had in both states. I am spanish and know how to cook the food and have tried many many many restaurants but they are super awesome. I recommend this place all the time.
Very Flavorful. They have fresh authentic cuban tasting flavorful food. Their tostones (fried green plantains) with mojito are the best I have ever tasted. I think they wait until the green plantain are just getting ready to ripen and it is just perfect, not too green and not ripe. They are a nice family team working together and I congratulate Maribel and Maria (mother & daughter team) for their great taste!
Great home cooked food! They serve the best cafe con leche and guava pastries. Flavorful lunches at reasonable prices. Roast pork melts in your mouth. Breakfast can't be beat anywhere. Very friendly and clean. Fabulous place to practice your Spanish! Love it!
Rincon Cubano Cafeteria is a great alternative to the chain restaurants in the area. Although this location has a physical address of Winter Park, I consider it more East Orlando because it is down the road from UCF. Being on on Forsyth Rd and .3 miles south of University Blvd, it may be easily missed with all of the industrial buildings. Check out the photo above to have a visual of the building.
We recently dined at Rincon Latino Restaurant and had their rice, bean, chicken with sweet plantain platter, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were authentically Latin, and each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The rice was perfectly cooked, the beans were rich and flavorful, the chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection, and the sweet plantains added a delightful touch of sweetness to the dish. The portion size was generous. This meal truly transported my taste buds to a Latin paradise. I can't wait to go back for more!
If your looking for good, authentic food then this is your spot. It is very easy to drive past but don't miss it, you won't be disappointed. I bought a bistek sandwich, tostones and flan. It was all on point. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean and welcoming as well. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
I always go to Rincon Latino for their breakfast sandwich. It has egg, ham, cheese and, I opt for the sweet golden toasted bread. Made fresh to order, this is the best sandwich for the money!
I recommend you try it if you enjoy Latin breakfast sandwiches 🥪 😋
Oh, don't forget the coffee
I loved this place. The people are so happy and laughing. The atmosphere is so warming. It made me smile. It was cool! Plus the food is ridiculously good. So far this was the best Cubano sandwich I have ever had. The bread was perfectly crispy and light. And don’t get me started on the roasted pork inside. I’ll definitely be back even though it’s an hour from my house. Soooo good!
Delicious food!!! We had the breakfast sandwich, rice/beans, beef empanada, ham and cheese empanada and fresh orange juice. I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich. The bread was simply delicious. Thier sauces are also wonderful. You have to go in to order, but it is worth it for great food.
Had an awesome media noche sandwich from here! Tasted fresh and pork was delicious. Tasted like the ones I would get in Miami. The staff was super nice and the food prepared quickly and perfectly. Only thing I would say is don’t go by the pictures posted they no longer have week day deals and their prices are different !
At first we were not too sure to enter, cause the sign of the restaurant were kind of vanished, it gives the sensation of an abandoned place, we finally decided to go and try. It was a great decision...
First impression was good, place is a little bit small, not too small, but super clean and nice.
We get to the counter and a VERY nice and friendly woman, invite us to eat there. So we stay!!
The food was amazing, a really good taste!!! and a lot, we could eat both with one plate.
If you want a really good home made Latin food taste, stop by there. You won’t regret!!!
The ladies serving the food are so genuine. The array isn't too big but it's flavor makes up for it. Go ahead and grab a plate and try the passion fruit drink
Me and my fiancé was heading home back to Jax and stopped in Orlando for a bite. We found this rinconcito of latin food and is absolutely amazing!!! Our picadillo was well seasoned and camarones were very flavorful! Also empanada de carne and sancocho was if we were in República Dominicana by the shore!! Highly recommended if in Orlando!
Very good Latin food if you’re looking for something to eat
This is the best Spanish restaurant in town! Never once been disappointed! They have good portions, lunch specials and great ladies who work there. ALL of their food is good. Most consistent restaurant I ever ate at. Prices are good and food is always good!!! NEVER A COMPLAINT ABOUT ANYTHING> LOVE THEM
Husband wanted to check this place out. The servers were very nice. Huge plate of breakfast and best picadillo arepa with their homemade cilantro sauce the best in town!! Will definitely be back again!
Delicious authentic food. Empanadas are perfect.
Excellent food and service! Authentic Latin food
Unassuming restaurant but food is excellent and very well priced. Great local joint for lunch if you don't care too much for ambience.
So I am going to preface this with I am Cuban from Miami. With that said to say that the Cuban sandwich from Rincon Latino is the best I have had in Orlando, would be an understatement . It is just as good as some of the best Cuban sandwiches you find in Miami . Their pork is amazing and I admit they don't try to state they are Cuban, so I am okay with it being called pernil. It is well seasoned and delicious . As far as main courses , everything I have had has been delicious, I recommend anyone looking for a good ol' Miami style cuban sandwich to go here, just know you might want to share it because its quite dense.
Very cool place to eat Latino food, people that cook and serve you are very nice. And the food was great 😊 I strongly recommend you this restaurant 👍
