Glenda is a lovely lady and so polite and friendly. She gave us great service and made sure our orders were correct before serving us. She was very diligent in making sure she didn’t miss a thing. She should be training all of the wait staff at IHOP. If you get lucky enough to go when she’s there, definitely ask for her! We will be requesting her area each time we go. Tell her the lady that told her to pick a number ween 1 and 5, sent you 😉
Miss Glenda and another young lady, "can't remember her name ", are very very sweet. Both of them take care of their customers the way a customer should be taken care of. The cooks are great as well, our meals have came to is exactly how we ordered every time. If you want great food, great service, go to IHOP in Winter Haven, it's worth it. Thanks again ladies, it's always a treat.

This is one of my favorite places for my breakfast. I order eggs, bacon and hashbrown (smokehouse combo)
Service was excellent. If you ever visit here ask specifically for Megan. She is a delight. She is what makes this place twinkle a little more brighter. People like her is what makes people like me enjoy eating out.
The waitress was really chill and food was delicious as always 👌
Decent place. Food was good. Just don’t like how close it is to what looks like a motel (looks shady).
The burgers were good (ordered classic with bacon) but neither my daughter or I cared for the bun, they were kinda dry. I got the new strawberry lemonade, my daughter had the sweet tea, both drinks were delicious!
Son/DIL/ Grandkids took us to IHOP for Thanksgiving breakfast. Megan was our service. She was fantastic. Food was exceptional 👌

To the young lady at the front on 5/25 @ 3:ish your the best! Customer service was outstanding and quality of food was top notch. We where service quick and with care! We highly recommend this location when visiting the Winter Haven area.
