Today I had the Garlic steak, a ribeye cooked medium and it was the best steak I have gotten so far in Florida.
We have been here a little over a year.
The wait staff was courteous, fast and friendly. A very clean restaurant and not noisy at all. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back.
We are visiting and always look for the best casual seafood places when we're in Florida. Found this place through Google reviews. Our food was amazing and just what we wanted! Even the kid's meals of shrimp and fries were really good. Service was great, prices are fair, and we were seated where we could look out over the lake. The key lime pie was perfect 🥰

My husband had code with Harry’s old place source. We could not stop eating, I think we did not even talked while eating. So delicious it was!!!
Cocktails were interesting too: I had Mermaid and my husband had something else, but it was great as well.
Desert was as good as gator bites!!!
If you really want fresh, delicious fish and seafood products, highly recommend this place.

Nice place with good food. The hostess was very friendly and so was our waitress. I had the friend catch fish.. it was friend perfectly. The potatoes were just okay. It’s a place I definitely would visit again.
Food and service was great. The Peanut Butter pie is mouth watering! Jessica makes a phenomenal pie!!
Great time with 7 friends. Good food and just enough of it. Waitress was young but as ole people we teased her and she started to get our humor. Will be going back in January.
Took my family here who was from up north because they wanted seafood. And they won’t be quite about it!! They absolutely loved it as did my family who is from here. Attended a birthday party here, which was my first experience dining here. The wait staff was PERFECT and the food was heavenly. Those fried oysters were the best I've ever had and are now my #1 "if I'm ever on death row" meal. Queue applause and confetti and see you next time we're in town.
This place is amazing, can't believe how good the salmon was. I got it with garlic caper butter, grilled, and it was delicious. Onion loaf was sooo good; really big portion. The grits were kind of cold though. Broiled platter was good, but spicy. Fried grouper fingers were great, fell apart easily. Love how fresh everything was. The soup was not good though, cold and watery. The waitress was nice though and gladly took it off our bill. For Mothers day they gave out carnation flowers which was very sweet. Cheesecake was absolutely to die for. That day it was blueberry.

I read an online article on best seafood restaurants in Florida and was not expecting one to be from Winter Haven. The article described a dish called grouper in a bag that was a pecan crusted grouper. That caught my attention and I made the drive to check them out. They have over a dozen types of fish made anyway you want. They also have chef creations, boils and seafood baskets. Even have steak and chicken for the non-seafood fan. The food was delicious. Well worth the drive. Great atmosphere and friendly service. If you are a seafood lover, this is a must.
The food is fantastic with some of the freshest Dolphin (aka Mahi-Mahi) since I was last in Hawaii. Both our meals were perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server kept disappearing on us to the point people seated (different server) after us ordered before us. The decor is old fish house in appearance,but was very clean. We'd go back again.
Located on Cypress Gardens rd off Cypress Gardens Blvd. With peoples choice award for French onion soup and fresh seafood prepared many different ways. Harry’s is located on a lake. Menu is limited for non seafood lovers but will be more than satisfied with steak and chicken choices. Although not the best French onion soup I’ve had in fine dining restaurants, it’s definitely the best in the county. Not salty and full of flavor. The garlic steak was served with garlic and butter. The grissle was tough but the meat was tender and flavorful. The French fries and hush puppies were much better than chain restaurants. The only thing missing from calling it fine dining was the absence of white table cloths which I would prefer for ambiance. I highly recommend for a special night out for seafood and you must try the French onion soup.
We had dinner there for the first time tonight with our son and daughter in law. Brittany was our server. Top notch service. Very attentive to our every need. Food was fantastic. Defenitely will be coming back.
Lived in the area over 16 yrs, just finding this place!, guess I live under a rock. Found on a particularly slow evening, so the server told me. have I mentioned, Fantastic service! Two of our party had the same dish (swordfish), both differed in taste , and texture from one another, not being a connoisseur we had no complaint as both were good.
However we are left to question if we received the same dish.?., our fault we did not question it... we will have to reorder on our next visit and find out by trial and taste....mmmm can't wait 😀
Our server, Brittany did a great job. The food tasted delicious! A couple little hiccups, but Dwayne-(the manager???) came over and made sure that we were happy and satisfied!

We arrived at Harry's on 9/4/2020 for our bestie night. This was our first time at this local restaurant. We were greeted by the lovely Ms. Carolyn and waited excitedly for our table. Once seated, we were greeted by our sweet server Kassy, who thoroughly explained the menu and the specials on the board. I ordered a tasty Bloody Mary and it was really delicious. While Kassy gave us time to look over the menu, Dwayne came over, introduced himself and suggested a few things on the menu. When Kassy returned, we were ready to order. We ordered an appetizing Shrimp and Scallops platter and the mouthwatering Broiled Combo platter.
The good: our meals came out to our table in a very timely manner, even though they were busy.
The better: the sizes and amounts of the shrimps, scallops, crab legs, cod filet, and sides were larger than expected.
The best: delicious, flavorsome, delectable. OMG! The tastiness, melt in your mouth flavor, and absolutely divine seafood I have ever eaten!
We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and will most definitely be returning.
