Ok I ordered a breakfast burrito, a breakfast platter and a cinnamon roll. I got hone and there was no burrito that I was charged for. I kept trying to call the store and no one will answer the phone. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! But the girl who took my order was very nice

If I'm gonna pay almost 10 dollars for a double combo, that had old cheese, and burger that looked a couple hrs old, at least, give me a med size cup for my drink. They said that they didn't have any more med cups, so they gave me a small instead of the next biggest cup. I also had to wait for a while to get this type of service, with no one else in line. They offered to correct it, but I just can't go there anymore. Man they have fallen off.

I will never be coming here again. I ordered after work and they forgot about my meal. I ordered the number 5 the pork chop gravy biscuit combo and the sausage and egg biscuit combo. After 20 mins of waiting I came up showed my receipt and they gave me a gravy biscuit platter and a biscuit it was burnt bad ans the pork chop was burnt and dry. The sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. And would not refill my drink. I am very unhappy and will never go to this location again.

I only ordered a thick burger plain. Cheese and meat only. That hamburger was ready as soon as I drove up despite there being no line which sounds like great service but it was a custom order. The burger had obviously been cooked and sitting for quite some time. It was cold, dry and hard. I believe it would have been good had they cooked it fresh but it was awful. There was no excuse serving me that burger that I paid almost $7 for. I never go to Hardee's. It was a trial run because it is so close to my house to see if I would like it instead of driving so far to other places. One bad call on their part lost them a lot of business.

Cold food hard chicken tenders dry burger and Frisco burger wasn't toasted after i said something , they said toaster not working wow. Want go there ever again..... only thing good was the sodas and tea.

Bathroom was clean as well as dinning area. Customer service was great and they brought food to the table for you. It's pouring rain out but there floors were good and dry. Food was hot and love that they still have napkins at the table.

I went through the drive thru for breakfast and the person who took my order was extremely rude. Then I joined the fleet of customers who went through the drive thru and we’re asked to pull around for their food. It literally took 30 minutes to get my food and by then it was cold. They need to figure it out here.

I've been to many Hardee's restaurants, but this one stuck out the most. The cleanliness, the positive attitude of all employees was phenomenal. I absolutely love their chicken! Any way they can serve it, I will eat it! I definitely recommend this Hardee's restaurant!
