This Duncan is a combination Baskin-Robbins, which sounds amazing, but does mean slower service and slightly lower expectations. That being said, they do have amazing 🍩 donuts, down seasonal varieties, muffins, wraps, breakfast 🥯 bagel and 🥐 croissant sandwiches, delicious and affordable coffee and lattes. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ 6, indoor seating, and 🚻 restrooms.

I work very close this is my morning brew. Every morning. Most cases the workers are friendly and coffee is good but the times are all over the place. Some days they open at 6. 630. And 7. The website says 630. Every day it's a different time

Will never go to this one again and I live 5mins up the street from here. Food was nasty, they put our hashbrowns under or sandwiches. So they were smashed and burnt. I will gladly drive 30mins to the one on Jonestown in Winston-Salem, or on Hanes Mall Blvd.

This is by far the best Dunkin' we have ever been to. We bought two iced coffees and 4 breakfast sandwiches while traveling through the area in our RV recently. The service was excellent...very friendly and quick. The food was fresh and superb and the coffees were exactly the way we wanted them. You can tell the employees there take pride in their work. Great job!

This place is great for coffee and food during the morning on the weekdays. The weekends need work. Coffee is normally mediocre and the staff is more worried about their phones and chatting then actually making food. I waited 11 mins to get a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. There was 4 people working and no one even paid attention to the screen that had my bagel on it. Once receiving my bagel there was no apology for the wait or even any acknowledgement that I had been waiting that long. Then I get in my car and there is barely any cream cheese on it.

I went there one afternoon through the drive thru. The young ladies voice was nonchalant, but rushy. She gave the wrong total for the order, so I said" it's what?" Her response"my bad". I ordered ice cream and the person with me ordered the ice coffee drinks. The ice coffee drink was fine I'm told, however my ice cream of two scoops was a scoop and a half or half scoops made to look like two. I assumed it may have been a mistake because it was busy and I really like the products. Usually I get great Customer Service and I get what I pay for. So I returned on the 14th of November. This time they didn't have enough of the ice cream selection I chose, but they were kind and let me make another choice. Again the ice cream looked as before. Now my second visit was with the kind and helpful staff that I'm use to seeing. There's also a red haired African American young lady that's extremely helpful and kind. I'm just wondering if this is a normal change for the company when they're charging about
$5.00 for two scoops. The products they offer are delicious. I want the amount you advertised for the amount of money I pay.
This is why I gave three stars.

This location barely accepts online orders and they only take orders in the drive through most days even when there’s a line or no business at all…like now…what’s the point of opening 😒
