In typical Baskin-Robbins fashion they do offer a ton of fun and unique varieties of 🍦 ice cream, however, this location seriously lacks in terms of supplies, in stock items, and customer service. Your best bet here is getting something very simple or one of their pre-packaged ice cream 🍪 cookie cakes or 🎂 cakes. They do have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking and 🚻 restrooms.

The young ladies working there are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the establishment seems overlooked. Dirty windows and outside, but nice and clean inside. Some of the icecream was freezer burned, some looked like it was expired. Sticky counters, and the fudge machine was unattended so the hot fudge was in a solid non stirring clump. Sanitation grade was a 96. Its a Low to medium Anxiety level. Not a lot if foot traffic. Drive thru window gets more traffic.

Very disappointed. We ordered a special cake for a birthday party. When we went to pick it up at the time they told us and they were closed, looked like their power was out. We never received a call or anything! So we had to scramble to get another cake from somewhere else (not like we could reschedule the party). We never actually got a call the following day to apologize to try to make it right. Nothing! We called them and at first the manager said she was sorry and would provide the cake a no cost. We got a call back a few minutes later saying that the General Manager said they could not provide a free cake but would be willing to give us 10% discount. How insulting! That is less than most coupons! We already spent money on a cake and had the party, why would we spend money again? We will not be going back to them for anything. Some managers really surprise me, if they took the other route we would have likely become a customer for life and told everyone how wonderful they were. Going this route resulted in us never going back again (probably to any of the locations) and we will definitely be telling people about this.

Worst service ever. Me and my son went there in 2019 to get a stranger things ice cream, they didnt have it (which is ok), but then everytime we asked for something they kept on saying they were out. When we finally got something to eat, a huge family walked in and cut right in front of us, the employees saw and did nothing. Once they all got what they want (was half an hour) we got our ice cream, but then my sons ice cream fell to the ground and all over his shirt, a rude customer started laughing at us and none of the employees did nothing, we got a large amount of napkins and instantly left.

I had forgotten how delicious the ice cream flavors are at Baskin-Robbins, until my Family and I stopped in for some. It was as if I went back in time, remembering the flavors, and how good it was to try the different flavors. If you have not been to a Baskin-Robbins, please take your family. There will be at least one flavor you will enjoy, and if you are like me, you will like them all! Yes, Staff are courteous, professional, and patient. The high chairs are clean and functional.
