Everything was perfect. The produce was fresh and delicious. The flavors created a melody in my mouth. Started with crawfish tails and they were cooked to perfection with two yummy sauces to dip in. The salads were very flavorful, fresh and crisp. I had the snapper special and my wife had the salmon. Both were fantastic. Even the tea I drank with my meal was tasty. I will be back again.

Very nice neighborhood restaurant. Had reservations for 7:30. Several of the evenings specials were already sold out.
Food ordered came in a reasonable amount of time and was hot when arrived. Bar was busy and that reflected on the amount of time it took for drinks. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating.

Love Diamondback. I had the crab cakes most recently, and they were fantastic. The half-priced bottle of wine deal on Saturday is a really good opportunity to try a much nicer bottle than you might otherwise.

Fried chicken came so raw I could have plucked one and threw it on the table just the same. Crab hush puppies were great. Ribs subpar. Lighting is so low you can hardly tell what you're eating.
After being served raw chicken and eating one piece before realizing it was not cooked, (poor lighting conditions)I opted for steak. Steak wasn't much to write home about either.
Overall service was mediocre. No discount or anything for the inconvenience of possible food poisoning. Maybe your trip will be better but we won't be going back.

We used Diamondback Grill Catering for an Open House event hosted by a business that had just opened in the Winston-Salem area. Dean and his team were a pleasure to work with and the food was amazing! I look forward to working with them again.

Love the location here! Just down the road from us in a quiet neighborhood and a nice change from the strip mall traffic. They have pleasant outdoor seating and the inside has lots of character. Everything on the menu looked great and had a hard time deciding! Settled on something light and paleo which you don't see too many places. Overall great experience! Will definitely be returning! Thanks!

What a wonderful experience! Loved the ambiance of the restaurant. The waiter was absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious. My steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back!
