Review Noli's Restaurant - Winsted

The food is out of this world good! We ordered delivery! The chicken strips were crispy the buffalo wings were so tasty and the turkey club was enormous and delish! Best spot in Winsted! The staff was also very friendly... when I don't feel like cooking they will be our new go to!

Great pizza. The dough is perfect in between Thin and Thick crust they put ample toppings on the pizza more than enough. Not too greasy but everything cooked well enough in the 15 times I've ordered there's only been one time they got something wrong something small but to their credit they made it up and they delivered a brand new pizza can't recommend enough.

Waited 90 minutes for delivery. When I called for an update, they said they canceled my order. Asked to speak with the owner and was told he was having a bad day and couldn’t speak with me. Winsted deserves better.

We found Noli's by accident. It was quiet, sort of romantic. The service, food and atmosphere was wonderful. And Nicely decorated for the holidays. And those roll!! Looks like a nice little area outside where you can sit with a view next to the Mad River. We'll definitely go back. Thank You. Enjoy!

We got a warm welcome and was instructed to sit anywhere as we spotted a table next to the fireplace but was occupied and a few open booths are my favorite when eating out. We ordered a Veggie Stromboli and a Pizza called Noli's favorite (White) Artichokes,‏ Broccoli, Sundried Tomatoes, Olives. Both came to the table at the same time and we love into the thin crust pizza that was not soggy but the perfect balance of veggies to cheese to crust. The Veggie Stromboli also had a good ratio of cheese to veggie to crust and the sauce was hot and full of flavor. We did notice that the delivery guys were busy on this cold winter Friday night. Bathrooms were clean.

after being delivered 1 hour 40 minutes later Burger was well overcooked burnt and dry. calamari was just a bunch of little sponges Chicken wings were just a bunch of chicken cutlet so Buffalo chicken wrap was just a bunch of cutlets and it was so soggy that my fingers would just go through the tortilla but yeah but I guess what happens when food sits around for a long time late to be delivered regardless I will never order from here again i literally threw it in garbage. 77$ horribly spent.

I’ve ordered from Noli’s quite a few times since the new owner took over. I’ve never had an issue until today. Ordered 2 pizzas and when they were delivered they were totally inedible. The dough in the center was so undercooked when you tried to pick up a slice it tore in half. I’m not one to complain- every restaurant is going to have its lack luster dishes but when we called to “complain” the staff was extremely rude. EXTREMELY rude. Not to mention that when we first called we were put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on having to call back. I will never be ordering from Noli’s again. I’d rather not waste my time and money.

Thank you for the EXCELLENT dinner tonight guys & gals! Your cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks are my kids favorites! The hubs and I are obsessed with your wings and turkey club combos! You're the best! We got our order so quickly too. Thanks for starting our weekend off right.

Noli’s Restaurant of Winsted has a warm inviting atmosphere with a mixed clientele and an extensive, appealing, regional menu. In the warmer months you have the option of al fresco dining. Everyone at Noli’s is warm and inviting with an personable touch, leaving one feeling welcomed and relaxed.The staff are helpful and delightfully unassuming, much like their food. The cuisine here is authentically created and perfectly seasoned, allowing the inherent stars of the dish to shine. Noli’s offers classically original and traditional cuisine with a reputation for phenomenal ravioli that boasts it’s very own. The menu is bursting with pasta varieties, seasonal fish dishes, sumptuous meat dishes, salads and decadent desserts. Nothing at Noli’s is over or under stated.

Awesome pizza horrible service every time! We keep boycotting them, then giving one more chance for them to redeem themselves and they never do!

It is a very nice restaurant in Winsted for some years. It has a very good ambient. They also have very attentive waitstaf that work very hard to please all the customers. Their food is exelent very flavorfull and well prepared to please anyone that comes to eat at Noli's. They made for me a most delicious Veal Marshala it was very enjoyable for me. Most of their food is excellent. They also make a wonderful bread. I recomend this restaurant any time. Thank you to all in Noli's Restaurant! Sincerely, Heidi

Ordered delivery tonight and was sorely disappointed. My daughters hamburger was charred and overdone and while I asked for additional mozzarella on my salad I received at least 3 cups of feta and mostly inedible lettuce. The French fries were okay.

I am sorry to say that there is a high level of inconsistency here...I have eaten in..taken away...ordered delivery and it is hit and miss. 50% of the time the food is ok, 50% of the time there is an issue...undercooked, extremely slow delivery, rude wait staff. If the goal of the business is to have their guest shrug their shoulders and exclaim the “mediocre is ok with me”, then they have met their goal! They have a beautiful interior and great porch...but it is always empty??? Tonight I ordered online at 5:30 pm and received a confirmation that my order was received. The online confirmation stated delivery would be 630-645...ok. Called at 5:42 to Notify that I forgot to add tip to online order and requested a tip be added (25%...I’m a good tipper). At 655 I called to ask where my order was (note that it was now 1 hour25 minutes since I ordered from a restaurant that is 4.5 minutes away...and I this is a rural area) ? The person who answered the phone said “ oh it will be a few minutes “hun”, we only have 1 driver tonight”. Finally at 7:07pm....1:37 from when I ordered...let me remind you that I’m 4.5 minutes away (1.17 miles away) and my food finally arrived. The driver was extremely nice and said “ I have 5 orders here to get out and our other driver decided to take the week off” ( nice guy and I couldn’t be mean to him), but really....This is not my issue...this is NOT the first time this has happened. Noli’s has not met my reasonable expectations or delivered (no pun intended) on what they promise, and I am not asking for them to pay off my house, I would appreciate a “were sorry, how can we make it better?”. Instead, I am dismissed, not offered a solution, and left with a hole in my wallet and disappointment in my tummy.

So I have been there several times. I ordered online tonight after I checked on their website and Facebook, says there open!!!! So they take my money and I go pick it up, guess what there closed!!! Wtf... im so angry!! Celebrating a birthday tonight and it's ruined!!!! Thanks nolis!! I will be contacting you tomorrow!! Want my money back. Poor for business!!! Next time disconnect your machine and update your social media! !
