Gib's Bagels

This is what “double-toasted with light, light cream cheese” looks like. I’ve tried to support the Windsor location. 10 out of 10 times, they cannot get it right. Simple order. Why is it so difficult for anyone there to comprehend??!! Additionally, at the bottom of the receipt, where it says, “Dark she is praying”, why would you write that on my receipt??!! I know why - Because I told you, when I ordered, that I was praying that you didn’t screw up my simple order, again. But of course you managed to screw it up again. Zero customer service skills. Extremely disappointed.

My first review ever, I'm totally not a Karen but this the fourth time they have gotten my order wrong. Shame on me for not checking! I'm usually of the mind to shut up and eat it, people make mistakes. I tried to eat and didn't like it and I ate Army chow for 27 years. In fact, the first three things I asked for they were out of and they still got my order wrong. Don't thank me for my service or say we'll do better, just do it. Came through the drive through today, just like I do multiple times a week. And I have to say I will NEVER be back. Dude taking the order was super short and rude and saying he couldn’t hear me so he asked me to pull around to the window. When I got to the window, I asked for a menu to order and he acted so appalled that a customer would need to see a menu to order. He told me to pull it up on my phone by rudely saying “the menu is online” as if I hadn’t already tried to pull it up. I told him never mind since doing his job seems to be too much for him to do, I pulled away, as I was pulling away he stuck his head out the window and yelled WE COULDNT HEAR YOU!!! Nice customer service 👌🏻

This place used to be great. However, the last time we visited, it was not good. We thought that maybe they were just having an "off day". But, our next experience was worse. Ordered a bagel with corned beef and pastrami. They forgot to put the pastrami on, though it was reiterated twice. They then charged for our second bagel sandwich even though we had a punch card with a free bagel sandwich, and subsequently did not know how to "fix" it.
