Chili's

I have never had a more obviously microwaved meal. There was 1 waitress. All the people had to be seated fairly closely because of this. Then the manager had the nerve to walk from the back eating/chewing food. The servers were nice and efficient...but it was microwaved food. I asked for some do overs but this visit sucked. I was going to just never return here, but someone else I knew went today and had the same experience. Do not go to this location!

The staff at the Windsor Chilis location are the nicest people!! We have been ordering from Chilis more often and we do the curbside. Just ordered 5/23/22 around 9pm. Every single individual that has ever brought us our food has been BEYOND nice and welcoming!! I have had many different individuals serve us and everyone had just been fantastic. The food has always been great as well and not once have we ever had a problem with an order. Whenever I leave after picking up my food I feel better about humanity because of how nice everyone is here. I honestly have never experienced anything like this consistently anywhere else and it really does bring a smile to my face.

Food was perfect but the service was really bad. May be because of the staffing issues, I am not sure. There were multiple customers coming to the kitchen area because servers didn't get to them even after waiting for a long time. In our case, the order was taken and the server never came back to check on us at all. We had to call the server multiple times which in itself was tough since he was the bar-tender as well. I get that there is only so much he can do playing multiple roles at the same time; so nothing against him. Rating indicates current service levels even though reasons may be beyond their control. And there was an electrical malfunction which took the lights and systems which resulted in additional chaos. Once again, food was cooked to perfection and tasty. I hope once the staff related issues are sorted out, they get back to their 5 star service levels.

Chili's in Windsor is one of my favorite places to go and get a nice meal with good service. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are my favorite. The general manager has helped me numerous times with any issues that I had. Because of her and the great staff I keep coming back. Last night I got to go and it was very busy there but the food came out as promised and I will be back!

Horrible horrible service. Waited for over 40 minutes for curbside pickup and had to go inside for my food in which it was sitting on the counter. The employee who handed me my order didn’t say anything to me other than “here you go”. The worst service from a place that prides themselves on excellent service. That location has lost my business because of its poor service. Chilis should be ashamed to have such people represent their brand.
