21.12.23 in Windsor to see family for a night before Xmas. Arrived very hungry at 6.30pm with no booking but we didn't need long and they squeezed us in. Coming from Spain we really wanted someone 'British' so we all ordered pies. They were amazing!
Served with mash or chips. Will say the chips are frozen and mash portion was a tad small but the braised green veg ( kale and broccoli with leaks) was so lovely. Served with jugs of warm gravy. We loved it!
£99 for 4 main courses. 2 lge glasses of red and 2 soft drinks. They have bottled tap water on ice which you can grab as you wish.

We had a wonderful dinner at this classy and cosy pub. The Sunday roast was delicious! Loved the Yorkshire pudding!

Booked here after a day at Legoland. Food was great and the service was brilliant. Prices were very reasonable. What more can you ask for. Oh yes the amazing castle view. Highly recommended. Nachos were hands down best we have tasted.

We stopped here for lunch after visiting Windsor castle. It’s directly across the street from the castle. We had the fish make chips and the hunter’s chicken. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is classic British pub with beautiful interior decor and the standard hanging plants outside. Definitely check this place out when in Windsor

Great food
My husband and I stopped at The Duchess of Cambridge Pub before touring Windsor Castle.
I ordered the Steak and Ale Pie, and my husband ordered the Fish and Chips.
Our food was delicious, and our server was very nice.
I highly recommend this pub.

Really nice, traditional atmosphere. Although a bit touristy but that's due to the location. Service was good, quick and professional. The drink selection was good, reasonably priced. Food was alright but still decently priced given the location.
The only thing I would say needs improvement is the toilet(s). It's clean but if they could just place a reed diffuser or some better air freshener in there, would make a huge difference.

My friend took me here for the first time, was very impressed. From the outside it looks like a very high end restaurant but step inside and you find a friendly informal dinning experience. The staff were really helpful and service was quick. There's a large and varied menu with prices which were not too high considering the location.
Food came quickly with good sized portions.
Will definitely be visiting again to try something different.
My only negative point was the toilets were looking a little tired and could have done with refurbishment.
