Delicious coffee at a comfortable price. In some ways comparable to Starbucks and Pete's coffee. I enjoy that it is in a Victorian style building. I ordered a cafe mocha with oatmeal milk, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say it's a 9+.

Delightful coffee shop near the Town Green. Long lines moved quickly with friendly service, plenty of drink choices and delicious pastries. We tried the Matcha latte (not too sweet), a mocha (done just right) and the cinnamon coffee muffin. All too delicious for pics đ

Nice little coffee shop in Windsor. Sweet as pie server. Good cup of coffee conveniently location on the Town Green. <3

Great coffee shop on a cute square where you can still sit at a table (inside or outside!) with free Wi-Fi and drink a coffee and get some work done. Everyone is so friendly and the space is comfortable. The coffee itself is probably only 3 or 4 stars (I think they might need to clean their La Marzocco or maybe spend a bit more time dialing in) but the service and atmosphere more than makes up for it.

Cute local coffee shop with a pretty full coffee menu. Various kinds of bagels and various kinds of cream cheese. They also have some fresh pastries, fruit, and juice. Service was pretty quick and there is an outdoor patio area or indoor seating.

Part of my daily routine. Super nice and friendly staff with great espresso and food.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fast, accurate service. Cute interior and exterior. Tables are available outside in front and on the side, but itâs also across the street from a park with plenty of tables and benches. Creative drink specials, and delicious smelling food (I only bought a coffee).

Absolutely love CafĂ© NĆtĆ. The coffee they serve is excellent. Dog friendly and wonderful staff. Had a pretty tasty pecan pie this morning as well. Must visit.

Cafe Noto has good coffee, friendly atmosphere and a local feel. It is my go to place in Windsor for quick meetings. The only drawbacks is that it can get noisy, and it closes at 5:00 so I am always having to move along mid meeting.

Mostly locals, nice place to read or chat. A bit noisy when there's a table of 4 or more talking, tends to ratchet up. Pastries not as good as Costeaux, but the bagels and coffee are good. Nice help.

Best coffee we found in Windsor, so we continue to return every time we visit the area. Coffee is perfectly roasted and brewed - a welcome contrast to Starbuckâs coffee.

Roomy and hipster. A beautiful location right off the town green. Cafe NotĂł has an excelent range of beverages for both the tea and coffee drinker. For those with more refined tastes... They have included a selection of ice creams. đ

Visiting and have got my morning latte and pastry the past 4 days. Excellent all around. The staff are terrific.

This is the nicest of coffee shops. Nice staff of young people working hard to serve people. Great locally owned coffee shop.
