We stayed this weekend in Windham. We were referred to your shop, the first day was a bag of pastries, the second the same but added a cheesecake. The very best we have ever tasted. Clearly a 5 star. Thank you sir. We will meet again.
We ordered our wedding cake from Antoine and are very glad we did: delicious and beautiful! La Patisserie Normande also has some of the best croissants (both regular and deep fried!) and rugelach that I've tried, including in Paris and NYC.
Unbelievable pastries, cakes, croissants, and bread. Everything is fresh and made with unbelievable detail. I highly recommend visiting, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible! My wife and I just got married at Onteora Club in the Catskills last weekend and Antoine whipped us up a 5 layer, chocolate and lemon mousse filled cake covered in delicious marzipan. It was not only beautiful to look at but had our guests raving about how great it tasted too.

My Husband and I wandered into La Patisserie Normande a month before our wedding looking for a cake. I know, really late notice to be ordering a wedding cake! Antoine, thank goodness, made time to accommodate us. Antoine's Cakes are exceptional! His decorating style is classic, elegant and beautiful. I was ecstatic when I saw my Wedding Cake!
When my Husband and I did our cake cutting, I was floored by how delicious the cake was. The first bite was heavenly. I didn't get a chance to eat any of the catering, but you better believe I finished the rest of that piece of cake!
And to top it off, he provided my guests with "petite desserts" to go along side the cake slices. They were beautiful and a wonderful addition to the cake! My guests raved about how deliciously decadent and detailed the pastries were. They're were no leftovers. No cake. Nothing. Luckily, he provided us with a separate un-touched topper for our first anniversary. It's in my freezer right now...it gonna be hard to wait a year to cut into Cake again! If you need a Cake in the Catskills, this is your place. Thanks, La Patisserie Normande!
We were celebrating my son’s birthday in July 2017 and we were a big group. We were staying at a rental house in the area. Asked the Home owner where I can get a cake from and she recommended La Patisserie. Ordered over fb/phone and picked it up the day of. The cake was beautifully decorated and absolutely delicious. Everyone from my family loved it!!
Everything we've had from here is wonderful, will be back over and over again, so much to choose from requires many happy trips there, love this bakery!!!

Magnificent pastries. The crust is perfect with a satisfying crunch on the outer layer to the buttery tenderness within. The pastry's structure is akin to a culinary work of art, showcasing an intricate web of airy, thin layers that practically dissolve upon contact.
5 star dreamy pastry shoppe! We had truly the most delectable and superb wedding cake, made by ours truly, the French pastry chef. This was a true work of art, as well as being sooooo delicious. Marizpan, almond butter, coffee liqueur, and moist sponge wedding cake. What a great choice for a pastry chef! Bravo!
Incredible pastries, building itself is cozy, I have tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to try something I dislike.
Everything I’ve had has been excellent! The macaroons were amazing….. super soft inside, flavorful with a touch of raspberry and gluten free!! Also the croissants are to die for…. I take them home and toast them first….. then just enjoy with nothing added. Quiche is delicious….. it’s all good, Osogood!!!!!!

A hidden gem behind the pizza diner! One of the best croissants I’ve ever had, even better than some New York City bakeries! Very friendly and informative Chef! He even had dairy free pastries which were awesome. The perfect bite without a sugar overload.
The guy was a joy to speak with, very knowledgeable about his craft and his treats are delicious!

A birthday weekend in Windham (6/17) led us to this hidden gem where we bought the most delicious cake. The owner/chef's heart goes into these tasty pastries and cakes and we spent time chatting about his background. It's a must visit!
We got our wedding cake and cupcakes from Antoine. They were delicious and beautiful. Would highly recommend. We stopped by the morning after the wedding to say hi, and he gave us another little cake and some delicious fried croissants. Great person and worked with us to make everything perfect.
Tiny bakery hidden behind the Windham Diner (Michael’s diner). There is a wide selection of cookies and cakes. We did not taste the latter but, thanks to the precious guide of the guy at the counter - I guess the owner, since he had a strong French accent - we brought home a decent amount of cookies for $10. They were all very good and not heavy at all, including the typical shortbread with jelly, which was super flaky, it melted in my mouth.
Great place to go when you don’t like a restaurant dessert. Good find!
This is the best bakery around, I love all the things he makes. I have never been disappointed, from back when he made my wedding cake to the most recent cake I bought for my husband's birthday..definitely stop in Thursday thru Sunday i believe his hours are 8 am to 4 pm or 2 pm...tucked in right behind Windham diner...go you wont be disappointed!!!😊
Antoine and MaryJo are absolutely wonderful to work with and made our wedding such a special day. They are beyond generous and are willing to go above and beyond to make your experience amazing. MaryJo was attentive and responsive throughout our trial and in preparation for our big day, and Antoine was so much fun and makes the most delicious pastries. We had a delicious cannoli cake and an assortment of pastries, all of which were completely gone by the end of the night. We even stopped in the next morning to get some more since we barely had a chance to enjoy them ourselves. They also were able to make incredible gluten free options our guests loved! You will not regret working with La Patisserie Normande.

There are not many places like this anymore. Delectable cakes, pastry, croissants baked fresh onsite with flair. The chocolate raspberry cheesecake is absolutely decadent! The fruit tarts are mouthwatering. And the little chocolate almond macaroons are addictive. Another hidden gem in the pretty town of Windham!

Had some of the most amazing baked goods from this bakery. Ended up visiting twice and getting a range of things to bring back home after our trip to Catskills ended. Highly recommend visiting this bakery (behind Michael's diner).
Owner Chef Antonie Vasse is a great pastery chef! Get there early for the fantastic crosonts. He also has other goodies. Last he takes care of horses that have been neglected and has a jar for then at the counter. Great guy in the mountains of windham from France
