Average taste for all the choices we got as we were 3 persons.
The bad thing i faced while i was trying to pay at the cashier was not accepting paying using my apply pay by mobile.
I was not carrying my credit cards and it was embarrassing for me as i was inviting my friends on my own expenses.
TGI Fridays in my country Saudia Arabia accepting apple pay and in this branch in Washington not accepting.
The whole world transformed to use the updated and the trendy method to utilize the AI to satisfy its customers and to increase its revenue and this branch has stopped to look for improvement.
I will never come to TGI Fridays whenever.

This place fell off fr . Safe to say I won't pay a visit here with my hard earned money. The guy who took my order over the phone made it sound like it was burden on him and to show up and find out they're not even busy (I wonder why) then a side of my meal was missing & cold. Didn't get an apology just "here you go" . Unprofessional. A third world country restaurant is better than TGIF

Visited this Friday’s on 1/20/22! I walked in and waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged! Finally who turned out to be my waiter greeted and sat me! He did a great job being attentive and respectful! The food was so so! Brandon was a great server! When I was leaving, I saw what appeared to be a manager at the podium. He acknowledged that he was a manager! Very rude and snotty! I said I just wanted to say that Brandon did a great job! He said so! He needs to be addressed! His attitude was not polite nor professional and obviously he doesn’t care about his employees or guest experiences! Covid cannot be an excuse to continue to excuse poor employee behavior!!! He would be on NOTICE!

Food was horrible. Servers nails was filthy! I only noticed this after getting ready to pay for my dinner. I was disgusted! Will not be coming back to this Friday's in leesburg again. They use to be so delicious. It seems they do not care lately. Also for the place to be so empty or food to really long to come out. Fries were cold.

I ordered the burbon barbeque chicken breast. It was served on a warm plate with hot mashed potatoes, hot broccoli, but the chicken was cold. Not sure how they accomplished that. It all tasted good, but I would have liked the chicken hot off the grill. Also had a house salad which was mostly iceberg lettuce, and not at all awe inspiring.

Amazing service. The man who took our order also made my cosmo and doing everything alone. It was after 9pm, so it was slow. Clean. Did I say how amazing the service was? Food was magnificent and came quickly. Highly recommended restaurant!

The manager was hands on, helpfully, and really cared about my experience.
I had the Cobb salad Togo and it came out fresh and plentiful.

The food is just ok, nothing really special except for possibly chicken parmesan (tender and moist). The potato skins were kind of... small. The service was really slow for numerous tables. The sirloin was way overcooked past medium rare, but they did send us a proper one. They need to add more staff for the weekends
