The owners of D's Roastery are amazing! They work extremely hard to provide an exceptional quality product. I love that you can find them at local markets, too!
Once you taste this coffee, you will not want anything else! It has ruined all other coffee for me! The Nicaragua and Mexican Chiapas are my favorites. Both are smooth, well balanced and full of flavor with absolutely no acidity. The Nicaragua is a little lighter (medium roast) with a nutty base and fruity top notes. The MC is a little more full bodied with chocolate and caramel running through. And just as a side note, I am in no way affiliated with this business. This is an honest to goodness rave review from a customer that happened upon them at a local artisan fair.
Wow! I got a bag of D's Sumatra at the New Braunfels Farmer's Market this weekend. I have to say this is some of the best coffee I've had in years. Why buy that mermaid stuff when you can support local and get a better product. I'll be back for more!
We recently started serving fresh roasted coffee from D's Roastery at BellaVida Bed and Breakfast. D's Roastery delivers freshly roasted coffee beans to our door. We then grind and serve it fresh to our guests. Our guests love it! We appreciate D's Roastery for providing Fair Trade coffee.
