Update: it got resolved but still quite irritating to find out I didn't pay the correct amount for one month so there was an additional 50 dollars. Two stars due to their payment system getting/being messed up and making me unable to pay online and continue to use money orders which will cause further problems. Will update when they have the problem fixed.

I have lived at Canyon Creek for 18 years and have been very happy here. The office team are wonderful and friendly and I always get a smile and a wave from the maintenance crew. My dog is a great judge of character and she loves the whole crew and gets very excited to say "hi" to them. A great place to live!

Canyon Creek has been a great place to live so far, it's only been 2 weeks. I appreciate how animal friendly they are and how the staff helped me get into a unit as fast as possible. This location is close to all my shopping needs and short drive to I-5. Additionally, the Amazon Prime locker has been a big plus!

I've been living here for a year and Kelsey J in the front office has been patient, kind and helpful every step of the way! She's awesome! The location is beautiful, the trash valet is such a convenient service, and the maintenance crews are very quick to address any requests. The sound insulation in our apartment is amazing, I've never heard our neighbors through the walls. 10/10 would recommend!

We have lived here for over eight years and are proud to call Canyon Creek Apartments home. First, the office staff, the girls are amazing. I have worked with the office manager Corine the most and she is always professional and kind. Through the pandemic thing have been rough and she has always treated me with respect kindness.She always seems to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Kelsey is another gal that is always smiling and professional. They have always handled issues and concerns promptly and efficiently. Second, the maintenance staff is one of the best crews we have had. They are always willing to go above and beyond. They are prompt, which is really important when it comes to maintenance requests. Honestly with apartment living there will always be minor things like the neighbors that stomp above you or other issues that come with living so closely with other families. But, overall, , the staff here at Canyon Creek make it a great place to call home!

I lived here for sixteen months and this is the best apartment experience I've had in Oregon so far. It's not perfect, but none of the minor issues are worth docking them a star. I'm writing this review after receiving confirmation that my deposit has been settled fairly. This has been our favorite place to live. It’s comfortable, safe and very well kept. My favorite part is probably the nice sidewalks and all of the areas that I can explore with my dog. We could spend hours just walking around the complex admiring the trees and meeting the friendliest people. The management is helpful and genuine. I could see us living here for a long time.

Nice fitness center. Fun playground for young children. Very dog friendly. HUB for package acceptance near the office. Move in process was very easy for us. Downside is the cost of rent, but that is the same everywhere these days. Also, the Valet trash service that you can't opt out of paying for and the assigned parking has a fee or try your luck with unmarked spaces.

Canyon Creek Apartments has been absolutely amazing. Ive lived her for a year and just signed for another. In my year of living here I don't have one issue I can think of. Buildings are kept nice and clean, the grounds maintained and quiet and the ladies in the office do nothing but help everyone. The maintenance crew is super fast and always keeps you in the loop if needed. Whenever the time comes it will definitely be hard leaving a place like this.
