They refused to sell food on the menu board stating you could only buy some items online and only the day after our visit. Don't pay tyrants.

This place always gets my order right and as far as taco bell goes, this particular restaurant has never made me sick. I usually go inside to order and sit down to eat with a group. It has a nice atmosphere and I've never experienced any issues here

We just left this drive thru on on2/22/22 around 5:08. The girl who took over drove thru was nasty. Slamming stuff. Practically threw our bag out the door. Not a word. Big frown on her face. I still said thank you and got the window slammed in my face. Never again. Just nasty attitude.

Always good and hits the spot. I'm using the app to order as often as possible. Service is actually next to perfect this way for us.

On 5/05/18 my husband got a take out 12 pack of crunchy tacos. By the time he got home and we unwrapped the 1st one, the bottom of the taco was so wet the meat fell out across the entire bottom - same for the rest of them too. The store is 7.2 miles from our house, and we ate immediately upon his arrival home. I went online and sent an email (thru the Contact Us form on the Taco Bell website) to which I never received a reply. Waited a week or so and called the store. The manager told me (direct quote) that "After I wrap them I have no idea how long it takes for them to get soggy, whether it's five minutes or ten minutes or whatever. I will tell you that I don't recommend you wait to eat them."
HELLO, WHY ARE YOU SELLING THEM TO GO IN THE DRIVE THRU??? If the product is going to be substandard by the time someone gets it home, they should be sold as a dine in product only. Of course, we could park in the parking lot and cram 6 tacos apiece in our mouths all at once so as not to wait.
Got the store email address from the manager and sent the attached pic of one of the tacos and one of the receipt - email never acknowledged.

Awful got it tonight going home from work, service awas awful the kid there was very rude and the manager was beside him and didn't care, and my food as stale and tasteless DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!
