Delicious food! A zealously kind, warmly welcoming, and diligently attentive hostess served me. The sweet tea was a huge success! Been traveling south anxiously awaiting decent sweet tea again. I will absolutely stop here again, given the opportunity.

Not only was the service great and the atmosphere amazing, but the food was top-notch and the mixed drinks were even better. Wasn’t too busy so it was a perfect quiet date night. I absolutely love the music and absolutely love the service and the staff. My wife loves the margaritas and I will be making this a regular monthly date night occurrence. Look forward to coming back

Delicious Mexican food! Their chicken and shrimp was cooked to perfection. They had freshly made salsa and queso that was really good. Definitely a restaurant worth stopping at for lunch or dinner.

Amazing service! My husband and I came in here pretty late last night after being ignored at another Mexican restaurant, Mi Cubana, nearby. They were so kind and quick to get drinks and appetizers to us. We were eating our dinner not even 15 minuets after walking in! The food was so flavorful and it did not feel like they were rushing it at all. Thank you San José for turning our night around and for your fast and friendly service!

we used to come to this restaurant all the time a few years ago, so much so that we were well know. customers. Then covid hit and well you know the rest. We decided to go back and were disappointed in the service and the food but we blamed it on the recovery from covid times. Well we went there last night and the place was empty for a saturday night should have been a sign right there, the waitress was so rude she actually rolled her eyes when my friend asked for some sour cream. So the service was HORRIBLE. My friend and i ordered the san jose nachos when they arrived we were both asking what in the heck is that! they were awful looking a few round chips with some dried out carnitas and a smig of sour cream, no cheese no nothing and the first few bites were exactly that not enough sour cream in the world to make them taste better, rude waitress was no where to be found so my husband went to find anyone so i could get another drink, today my husband is so sick with food poisoning its scary. I had to warn others about our “night out nightmare”
