Mcdonald's

Horrible customer service, my boyfriend ordered from the Wilmington, IL location approximately 2 weeks ago they messed up our entire order. Which we unfortunately did not realize until we got home. We called they took his name so the next time he went there that he would get his order corrected without charge. Well we don't eat there daily a couple weeks went by he gave his name and the order they messed up and suddenly he needed a receipt. Which was not told to us when we initially called. Will be contacting corporate. The manager working 3/8/22. Be prepared to give reason why one manager tells us we only need to give a name to you and you’re demanding a receipt. If I could give less than 1 star I would your job is not that hard coming from someone who used to work customer service before getting an actual career.

Was disappointed this time.We called ahead to see if their diningroom was open where we could eat in.We were told that yes the diningroom was open.We went inside & all of the tables were blocked off.We called ahead to avoid this problem. Other local restaurants are open.Then we go to order and there are flies at the front counter.🤢🤮 Normally this restaurant's food has been good,but Unfortunately not this time.Fries were cold, sandwiches were very dry.I had the $3 mcdouble & my husband had the big mac.Not impressed.Only 1 pickle on my sanwich,tiny bit of ketchup/ mustard.could barely see the onions.However the shakes were awesome. And of course everyone has a bad day sometimes.I will give them 1 more shot.🤷‍♀️

Every time I come to this McDonald's they get my order wrong. EVERY time I have to pull into a parking spot, check my food and proceed to have to take it back in to have it corrected. The manager has given free meals to my wife but I mean, c'mon! Every time? Is it that hard? I just got two breakfast sandwiches and 1 of them was wrong. 2 sandwiches!!! It was a $7 order lol.

They took the customer drink machine out when it was remodeled. Some recently remodeled locations post-Covid have retained it. Not only that, the automated drink machines don't fill the drinks properly. Speaking of the remodeling, if not eating your food, you'd never think you were even in a McDonald's...and I don't write this as a compliment.
