Great staff always friendly and quick! I get an iced coffee and even if I order it the same way at other DD, its always made perfect here.
The service is soooooo slow and unpleasant. I don't know whose idea it was to put a 1 register DD in a major office building, but it does not suffice. Also.. 'just a dash of cream' to them means 'make the drink almost the color of milk'.
They always get my order right and neat, plus the guy who makes the coffee in the morning knows exactly how to flavor it
I enjoyed the proper service today. I didn't last more than three minutes on the line.
Gets busy so services sometimes gets clogged up but overall I have no other real complaints about this place.
