Barista wouldn't accept my coupon, that would have been fine but she was rude about it. I had cash only and she wouldn't accept my payment, she said I HAD to use the kiosk. I've been there since and they didn't demand I use the kiosk. Please hire better employees
.I requested a hot Vanilla Chai. I was given a Chai. I wanted Vanilla Chai. I asked 1st because I knew many DD don't have it. I did get a refund so that was cool. I also bought egg & bacon on croissant, that was fine. And I bought a glazed donut, I asked for another because the one I had was not
Not my normal place to go just did a quick stop. I won't anymore. Needs some customer service training and learn how to heat up the food they serve properly & clean up the place.
The drive thru line is always really long, but it moves really fast.
Rude asked to use the bathroom was told I couldn’t I ended up throwing up in the trash can by the window couple minutes later a customer comes in and use the bathroom no problem ask for a manager lady pointed at the guy he basically told me they don’t care I guess next time I’ll throw up on the floo

I love Dunkin' coffee. There is not a day that goes by that I do not make a stop at Dunkin' for an Extra large caramel coffee !!!!!
