I work nearby, so I stop almost everyday. I order the same thing every time. Large Iced Coffee, 3 sugar, less ice, ONE cream. Their app only displays the word CREAM for one cream, so they make the drink wrong by adding the normal three creams. I usually don't care, becuase they make it over for me. Today the girl lied to my face, saying she only put one cream in. Also, it was full of ice.

Check your order before leaving the store…. My experience is very poor.
Order wrong 2 visits in a row… refused to give me credit for the first error (I didn’t have time to go back to the store that day)

This place is awful when the teenagers on the weekends are there. It is literally 1 min from my my house, but I will drive to ANY other Dunkin to avoid this one. When they mess up your order, which is very frequently, they give attitude and fix the size issues by throwing more ice in a larger cup and dumping it in. Hire older, more experiences workers who don't just constantly screw around.

They need a whole staffing change here. Unbelievable, mobile orders are never completed it’s chaos and unorganized there’s absolutely no sense of customer service. This location has fallen off completely. They will tell you they don’t have something because they are too lazy to go to the back to refill the machines or if they don’t know how to make it. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, i will drive out of the way to go to a different one.

We always get super big orders from here because we work real close, and so far everything comes out great! The workers are super nice to us and last time when they were missing something, one worker stopped us before we left and gave us our item when we didn't even notice it was missing! It's a small act of kindness but it helps me put trust in this place :)

I waited 40 minutes for Dunkin' employees to tell my Uber Eats driver that the twelve types of doughnuts I ordered they did not have! Not one of my twelve doughnuts you had? If so close shop!
