We have ordered several times for delivery and they forgot the side sauces, but we let it go and dealt with it. Well this time we ordered and we're told 45 mins, but they took 1 hour and 15 mins to deliver. I called the place and they act like they don't care and said " well they are out for deliver with other food too for other people". Horrible customer service and seem to not care about inconvenience for people. I guess places don't care about customer service anymore. And once again side sauces were missing!!!! FOOD delivered COLD and fries burnt. Real shame because we ordered from Pat's alot at this location, really has gone down hill.

Really, yellow cheese?Quality of steak has gone downhill, ridiculous pricing, I am done with this chain. Too many Mom n Pops around [including PA], that are much better.

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery here and it has taken double what they told me on the phone. The food is cold AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and read these reviews because it’s clearly just how they operate. Not worth a single penny spent.

1st time ordering, we had a little mix up but they made it up in a big way 🥰 to my surprise they sent a extra pizza and discounted my bill. I appreciate that! Great service, Delicious food 🤤🤤

I order from here often and get what I pay for every time. Great variety on the menu for honest pricing. I even ask them for thing "off menu" and they make concessions and make it happen. So glad this restaurant is in my neighborhood. Great spot!
