Cute place with a large menu and decent margaritas! The thing that made it great was our supper attentive and very friendly waitress, Sharon. She made sure we knew the specials, gave recommendations, and got our food out quick. Would definitely come back again!

Our favorite things to order are queso, steak fajitas and taco salad.
They also offer endless amounts of chips and salsa!
The restaurant has a casual vibe.

Horrible a waste of money. Spent so much money here and everyone couldn't even finish a plate of food. My kids didn't even eat the food they had.
Where to start. Chicken was completely dry
Meat was cooked horrible to hard to chew.
My son ordered a burrito and meat was dry and over killed for a kid.
My daughter's who love tacos would finish it . Rice was edible but dry too

We had to wear mask walking to table but yet the waiter kept her mask under nose and also at her chin when ordered with us. So that wasn't a issue of her doing so it was why do we need it I'd she didn't when walking to the table ....

Service was excellent however the chicken enchiladas were dry. I was hoping for a sauce and cheese taste. Sour cream helped. Love the chips and salsa on the table but would have appreciated a milder salsa.

The ambiance of this restaurant was top rated the service was impeccable this place was so clean you could eat off the floor the waitress so polite she killed me with kindness and fresh drinks and chips and salsa as the dishes empty my meal was delicious served hot by a classy waitress greeted by the staff every time I pass by them this place is a five-star eatery in my opinion

Went on Father's Day and the service, food, and drinks were horrible. Margaritas were watered down. Will never go again. I've been to plenty of Mexican restaurants, but this is by far the worst I've had.

1st Time there.. I had their chips with queso as an appetizer and chicken and shredded beef enchiladas. Very delicious. Service was quick. Definitely coming back.

We went there for my daughter's birthday yesterday and as always the food and service were fantastic! She especially loved the surprise fried ice cream and getting to wear the sombrero while we sang happy birthday!

Stopped late one Friday night, had a good business & bar was packed even though reviews weren't great decided to give it a try, which normally we really on the reviews. Glad we stopped had a good meal as far as Mexican food goes thought it was equal to other restaurants of its kind. Our server was extremely personable. They were experiencing credit card issues so were requesting patrons to pay in cash.

Mexican Post is in a small strip mall on Naamans Road eastbound. I've almost never been able to get to and from any of the shopping areas on the south side of Naamans Road without making a U-turn somewhere, so you're on your own there. Maybe try a different route back. Anyway, I found the dining area to be quite comfortable with calming ambiance and some decor pieces that fit the theme. Service was good too. Unfortunately, the food seemed only about average, on par with Don Pablo's or similar, and prices are on the high or upscale side.

Solid Mexican Food. Went for Lunch - The poppers were good and they have the shrimp wrapped in bacon that was excellent. Entrees were good size avg about $10 - I had the Chili Verde that was very good and my son had the California Burito - that large and also very good.

Disappointed. I haven't been in a few years but after tonight I definitely won't be going back. Other then the cold restaurant and the blaring music the service sucked. The waitress couldn't have seemed more put out. She's lucky she got the standard 15%. And the food was absolutely terrible. Taco Bell has more flavoring then this place. We only took a few bites then took it to go in hopes of adding some flavor and making the food at least edible.
