The Bobbie is a good sandwich.. the bread isn’t too thick and they pack it with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce.. the people behind the counter are a delight to talk to.. really nice people.. I would recommend checking it out.. half a sub was $6.. reasonable pricing..

Definitely not walk-in, these guys are always busy, your best bet is ordering ahead online and then picking up. Sandwiches are the best around town, especially the Bobbie and Italian sandwiches. Beats going to Wawa, you're getting a much more high quality sandwich here than there. They prioritize quality.

I do recommend Capriotti's, but this particular shop seems to be skimping on the meat as of late.
We frequent Capriotti's when we are in an area with one. Luckily, they aren't too spread out. However, the 3 or so times I have been here, the subs were a little......flat. no matter which ones we order.
Capriotti's has some of the best rolls around, so definitely go to one......but maybe try the next closest one instead.

The food was great
However I got embarrassed by one employee for how I chose to order the food. I ordered it through Doordash, which does have higher prices due to Capriotti's financing to be on the app. However, I had a discount, chose to pick it up myself, and not pay for delivery. So it was worth the price. I get there, and the employee tells me how I shouldn't have done that, they I stupidly paid for extra, in a room full of people. The reason why he thought I paid extra was because the discount wasn't present on the receipt. I felt like he had an attitude about how people spent money, and wanted to vent his issues out on me. Also, if you're trying to run a business, why would say that? It's best to stay silent about ways that could gain profit, if that's marketing through the Doordash app. Anyways, now I'm writing this post because I want to tell what I experienced so others can be cautious of the employees working there.

We got a large wagyu cheesesteak with fried onions and (this may have been a mistake on my part) provolone cheese. It has a very long roll. It did not pass the eye test. When I unwrapped it all I saw was the very long roll. The meat was good. Getting fried onions may have also been a mistake because I tasted a lot of fried onions. I think the hardiness of the provolone cheese took away from the tenderness of the wagyu beef. I'll take the hit for ordering provolone cheese. I think Capriotti's could really help themselves by having a suggested way to order your American wagyu beef cheesesteak. I am pretty sure that 90% of the Cheesesteak eating population doesn't know what Wagyu beef is and/or the best way to order it. We are glad we tried hangman Brewing. Fun Goth Decor and live bands, not my thing but everyone else seemed to really like it. Fun story about Hangman Brewing, live bands and me.

We had a Bobby and a Slaw b Joe. They were both delicious and plenty of meat in them. Loved them both.

Just ordered a Bobbie and the roll was so hard I thought about taking it back. Had to call 3 times before anyone answered. Wondering if I got a 5 day old roll since I asked for extra mayo, considering they were complaining about people asking for special condiments. Don’t know what the deal is at the Silverside Rd store, but at $19 a sandwich I doubt I’ll be going back there!

The Silverside Road location is the best! Never disappointed, staff friendly and funny. Like the new salads they have added. Will never go anywhere else

Get The Bobbie. Now.. The Bobbie is the best sandwich ever, anywhere. If you haven't tried it, you need to. Be ready to shout your order; they are always really busy and it always seems like walk-in business is inconvenient for them, but they are also always really fast.
