I went there today and the food was cold and they gave me the complete wrong drink and my sister found a peice of a necklace or something in her McChicken I'm never going there again
This McDonald's used to have a wonderful young lady whose name started with a Z. She and her staff were always amazing. It appears she has left and they've hired people that don't understand if you work in a position of customer service that it's beneficial to actually SPEAK to your customers. Used
Why have 2 drive through lanes if one cannot keep up? Three vehicles that arrived after me, including one that abandoned the line I was in to use the one that was actually moving, were able to place their orders before I was even acknowledged. Avoid this location if you value your time.
Food was correct, and good. We had one missing item but they fixed it quickly with no trouble. Clean and had employees instead of a kiosk for ordering.

Came here on 04/16/22 at around 11:50pm, the black dude who runs drive through argued with me on how my drinks were supposed to come, even though he was wrong. He dropped my straws on purpose and slammed the window. These people who work here are the rudest I've ever came across. I'm going to report
