When you walk in the aroma of the breads is intoxicating! Our favorite is the pie breads, especially the blueberry, It makes the most amazing French toast. They have local businesses products as well and we love the bacon salsa.
I love the fresh breads, muffins etc from this immaculate bakery. I've tried their rye bread, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, chalah, ciabatta and everything has been great. Fresh, flavorful and seemingly free of preservatives. I only wish that some whole wheat loaf was available every day.

I visited the Breadsmith the first Monday they opened. The first thing I noticed was how clean the store was and how friendly the staff were. I was able to sample different breads and desserts that they had freshly made. I purchased a Mediterranean Herb bread as well as a Cobblestone dessert bread. I also loved the locally made spreads, jams, and jellies available, and I purchased a Muscadine Grape jelly. I brought my finds to work with me, and my staff and I enjoyed some of the absolute best sandwiches ever! The bread was soft on the inside with a slightly chewy crust...it was amazing!! I have returned three times over the past two weeks to buy more bread. I have had the opportunity to meet the owners. It is not always easy for me to find a locally owned business that I am excited and proud to patronize. I will be a long time regular customer at the Breadsmith. I have shared the bread with my staff and members of my family. Not one person wasn't amazed! I am so glad you guys are here! Keep up the great baking!

Help I can’t stop eating alllll the bread. Apple pie bread is of course THE KING of all the breads. I love the sourdough. I love the sauerkraut rye. I love the cookies. Heck, I love it all. Go get yourself a nice fresh baked loaf and impress your dinner guests. Oh and they bake it fresh every morning. Yum!
Love this gem of a place we happened upon on our way to Carolina Beach. Great jams and fresh breads to choose from. Will definitely make it a point to stop and pick up fresh bread here during our beach trips. Friendly service and super cute spot.
I gained 5 lbs after discovering Breadsmith. Amazing melt in your mouth rolls, breads, and desserts. I wont buy prepackaged bread now that I've tasted fresh homemade bread. Prices are very reasonable.
I love, love, love the fresh bread here! My only issue is that they don’t have the ability to slice the bread thin. There’s only a one-size bread slicer.
