Kale Me Crazy

We ordered the Smoked Salmon Salad and the Poke Bowl. Also an Acai bowl, beet L juice and a mushroom latte. We were a little sketchy at first ordering anything that has raw fish because of the risks but we took a chance at it and both meals were safe and all the food was delicious and clean! I love the atmosphere specifically for the fact that it is welcoming and everything they sell is healthy and eco friendly. I would definitely come back!

This place is great! When I travel for business here and feel run down and need something healthy and nutritious….this my first stop. I also get it delivered, using Grubhub, to my hotel! I stop by after flying into Wilmington today right away to grab me a healthy meal and fresh juice!! AMAZING as always!!! LOVE IT!

We eat at Kale Me Crazy multiple times a week because it’s super healthy food yet it still tastes amazing with lots of flavor. It’s one of the few places where we trust that they use quality ingredients in their food and drinks. Our little one asks us for their smoothies and juices daily, and she’s a tough critic! We love supporting this incredible local restaurant.

Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, nice and clean. As soon as the food hit my mouth I thought "oh yeah, this was the right pick" Only complaint is their sun dried tomatoes weren't quite right on mine. Had a large piece in it that was inedible. Probably just an oversight cuz the other half of the wrap was fine, but I would consider forgoing the tomatoes in the future.

Exactly what I was looking for - quick, healthy smoothies made with very fresh ingredients. Service was great, the cashier was very helpful as it was my first time in. I asked if there was any dairy in the smoothies and she said that the only dairy they have on the menu is the cheese for the sandwiches and one other item I can’t remember - smoothies only have almond milk. Perfect! I ended up ordering the green dream, and it was fresh and not very sweet - just the way I like it (I don’t like when smoothie places add sweeteners or use sorbet/syrups as I find them too sweet). That being said, if you’re used to super sweet drinks I’m sure you could add honey or some other sweetener. I added chia seeds to my smoothie and it was great. Also bought one of their ginger wellness shots out of the grab and go fridge, and it was spicy and zingy and made my eyes water as proper ginger shots should. I didn’t try their food but they also have wraps, salads, and bowls available. Definitely recommend for healthy drinks and lighter fare. Will be back!

This place is ideal for a quick lunch break or just a healthy alternative to fast food. Catered to the active business person more so then families. The service was patient and quick to produce selected options. The smoked salmon salad was the perfect balance of freshness and weight. The food looked picturesque. The restrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The reason for the 1 star deduction was two fold. (1) The juices were lack luster and over priced. (2) The total price of the lunch with a salad two and half juices, one smoothie bowl, and a chicken pesto wrap was over $60. To summarize: “Is this what income disparity looks like?” Honestly the food was just as healthy as I had hoped, but due to the total price before tax and tip I just can’t see myself eating here often with my first responder wages. I know it’s more of a discussion of the times we live in but this place really makes you want to come back more often and get those prices really are designed to favor a higher earning clientele.
