The sausage biscuit was delicious! The food was prepared ahead and the workers had a great assembly time. Cashier handled business quickly and efficiently. She even helped me save a dollar and got the two for five!
I ordered a mushroom and swiss combo but the most was under cooked so I didn't finish eating it
I love me some Hardee's biscuits and burgers, but these folks here are so packing in customer service, it's a shame. No thank yous or have a great day, nothing.... just shoved the food out the window and turns around without a word.

The manager this morning was precious. She really is up and was so kind and personable. She was able to work, notice things that needed to be attended to and direct those working under her. The employees there responded well to her and the customers. All the employees spoke with kindness and courtes
They need more help. The employees that morning. Work hard to serve the drive thru and the customers inside. They were short staffed and did their best.
Food was good. I have a large family so I always have a large order. I would be happy to call ahead but they never answer the phone. The staff is always miserable about my order because it is so large I can only assume. Otherwise would have left five stars.
