My favorite visit to date....peel and eat shrimp, blackened tuna, fried shrimp, and drinks were on point! And the service was top notch from the hostesses to the steamer bar to the bartender and our server, I was impressed that every one of them were so helpful, courteous, and friendly!

It's an awesome place, upstairs and especially downstairs. Their expanded menu downstairs is delicious. But if you have small children (2-ish) that like to run around, it can get a little crazy with the crowd. They do have table games and stuff for older kids. We had a great time.

The marina and restaurant are both awesome! Was able to fuel up and enjoy a delicious lunch with beautiful scenery. From the assistance on the docks to the staff in the restaurant, I can’t say enough positives about this place!

Saw the group Signal Fire in the steamer bar. Felt like I was on vacation with the music and the atmosphere. The steamed shrimp is excellent nice and big. My other friend had the pulled pork and said it was great. I love this place and will be back for the music and food. A hidden gem in Scott's Hill.

Took the family here for dinner last night based on all the positive reviews. Great foods and atmosphere. The food took a little longer to come out but our waitress kept us inform that they have new helps in the kitchen so the foods going to take a little longer. We don't mind and I appreciate Christian kept us on the progress of the foods the whole time and apologized for the wait. This place made it to our family's favorite fish and shrimp combo restaurant.

Fantastic! Sooo good you want to tell everyone, but still want to keep it a lil secret! Great pricing and great service! Menu is simple and accommodates everyone. Recommendations would be maybe add more apps? Maybe Some Grouper nuggets? Would have loved to have had some steamed shrimp upstairs as an appetizer and maybe add a good homemade crab chowder to the menu! Flounder and shrimp platter was more than enough. Would have loved a baked potato instead of ff but the fresh salad evened it all out! I ate everything!

Fun place to eat. Good food. I had the tuna sandwich and the piece of tuna was a meal by itself. I liked the membership cards. LOL

Our favorite place to stop at when we're out on the boat! Most places in Wrightsville Beach ICW get too crowded, and Sailfish makes it easy to come by for a quick drink or snack on the water! The marina guys are always super helpful when docking our boat! I love getting a margarita and some grouper bites! They have the best views and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend stopping by on your boat!

Yummy. If you haven't tried it recently you should, it was allready a great view and decent food, but recently the food has been trending towards amazing...definitely a keeper. UPDATE OCT 2023 Just tried there latest updated menu items and the chef continues to impress, raised my stars accordingly. If you like chowder you need to try it here...amazing. This place is consistently delicious and always great service. The view is awesome and in the fall the place is often quiet and tranquil.

The sailfish is good place to come and sit by the water, enjoy a good, ice cold beer or cocktail. Either by yourself, with a friend or with a group. Make sure you check the calendar for when they have live entertainment by the water. Today I decided on the tuna poke bowl as a starter and the sailfish sea scampi. The tuna poke bowl is full of flavor, good portion of tuna, mango bits and cilantro. The sailfish sea scami with pasta in a lemon wine sauce. Good portion of shrimp, mussels, and baby clams. This dish was screaming for garlic, but sadly it did not have any. Also the lemon wine sauce, although full of flavor, IMO should be reduced down to a thicker sauce. It was basically in a lemon wine soup. But still good flavor. You won't be disappointed, as the food is good, the views are nice and the atmosphere is perfect on a warm summer afternoon or evening .

Great meal! Most friendly and happy staff I have seen in a while. The food was perfect and the view even better. So glad we went to try it out! I had Chicken Bruschetta and my husband had the swordfish special. All very good! We finished off with a piece of cheesecake and coffee so we could enjoy the evening a little longer.

We had a great dinner here. We didn't order much but it was delicious. We had the hush puppy app and the friend shrimp dinner. Both were really good. The service was friendly and attentive. The only place I could see a little improvement is where we sat on the outside deck. There were napkins, cup lids, and stuff that had fallen on the deck, and staff walked past many times. With just a little breeze, that stuff is going in the marsh, which I could already see some in there. If you're going to operate on the water, the utmost respect (which I am sure the owners try to apply) for the water should be taken. I am not bashing, just an observation. As I stated, food, service, and atmosphere all were very delightful and can't wait to come back to the restaurant and enjoy great food, and some live music soon. Thanks for providing an awesome spot to relax with stunning waterway views.

We ran up here via boat from WB. Nice experience. Guys at dock were helpful it was a bit windy. Live music. Cold beer. Some great shrimp at downstairs bar. Very much enjoyed myself. Upstairs seemed a little more upscale. Nice bar/restaurant but we didnt spend any time there. Outside seating up there as well. I would definately return. Great spot!

They are short staffed but let me tell you, the workers are the nicest, kindest, most considerate human beings on Earth. Addison was so sweet and the manager (didn't catch the name) was apologetic and sincere regarding the wait time. I would recommend to set a maximum time limit for a party to stay at the table. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes because a group of 3, who paid and didn't have any drinks or food on their table, decided to sit and talk. This isn't fair for the workers who could use tips or for those waiting and waiting and waiting. They were watching a football game and were cheering cheering screaming which is ok for a sports bar but not a restaurant. The food, wow. Everything from the pretzel bytes to the shrimp burger to the catch of the day was impressive and trust me, it takes a lot to impress me. Sitting outside was extra nice with beautiful views and they even had a candle to keep the bugs away. I can promise that I will be back to this establishment. Worth every penny.

Beautiful location. Comfortable dining room. Nice selection of mocktails for the kids. Shrimp were good but quite a bit smaller than other area restaurants.

Had dinner on the upstairs patio over MDW and it was a very pleasant experience! This was only on night 3 of Wilmington-area restaurants reopening due to the pandemic. All of the sanitation and social distancing guidelines were followed very thoroughly and we felt very safe eating there! The service was great and the view/ambiance was exactly what we were looking for during a holiday weekend with the family. We ordered the Shrimp Snack and Fried Pickles to start - pickles were awesome! Exactly the salty snack we were looking for after a day in the beach. Fried shrimp were good, however we had just been to Cape Fear Seafood Co. the night before, and that fried shrimp was comparatively tastier. Nonetheless, the BF ordered the burger with a crab cake on it, and it was seriously INCREDIBLE. The burger patty was perfect and the crab cake was so tasty - there was also a slightly spicy sauce on the burger that was the perfect complement! I ordered the Parmesan flounder, which was cooked great, and exactly what I wanted while taking in the intercoastal. But I was also very jealous that I didn't get the burger. The rest of our party got the ahi tuna salad, the shrimp etouffe, and the homemade chips. Everyone finished their plates! Definitely recommend the homemade chips for the table - super good! Took one star away because the watermelon margaritas were not very good - super watered down and didn't really taste like watermelon or a margarita. We ordered 2 and they both came out that way. We ordered some local drafts after our disappointing margs, and those made it better!
