Love their items and go there pretty often. I have the Dunkin Donuts app on my phone where you can collect points for future buys and see daily offering. BUT beware the girl at the checkout window ( who is there 99 percent of the time) at the Monkey Junction location is NOT willing to work with you
I came in to the dunkin on Carolina Beach road this Sunday morning to get a bite to eat and study. It was a whole female crew and they all had the best attitude and were so kind! Not only did it taste amazing but they made me feel amazing. 10/10 recommend this store best customer service!
Had one of the best customer service experiences here that I've had in a very long time. My original iced coffee was made incorrectly (but they were operating with only 2 employees which isn't even half staff and scrambling to make up for the previous shift not doing any end of shift work so these 2

The coffee is always great but today the staff made my day! There was two girls inside and one guy at the drive-through. They were happy to be there and engaged in conversation, and got me my coffee super quick. Totally changes the experience when the people working are having fun!
