Rolled & Baked - Wilmington - Photo album

Pleasantly surprised with how amazing the food is! It is different from your typical brunch spot, and I loved it. My partner and I got the Hoppy Pig and the Southerner and both were amazing! Make sure to get their sweet potato chips and their potatoes!! This place did not disappoint.
This is my new favorite spot, the food was great but also the woman behind the register was real sweet and helpful. Best fried pickles, most delicious sausage gravy, obviously great biscuits. I got the Angus burger with delicious sweet potato chips! Cant wait to go back!
This may be my new favorite place!!! I seriouly have a problem & it's the Choice bit of Calico biscuit. I've had it 3 times this week. The homemade parmesan-basil biscuit with perfectly fried eggplant, pickeld zucchini, fresh mozzarella & a tangy dill greek yogurt sauce with crispy capers...so many
Rolled and Baked is a great addition to the Castle Street neighborhood, serving up traditional and innovative breakfast food in a garage renovated to feel like a retro diner. With a great beer menu and eco friendly practices, we'll definitely be back.
Fun atmosphere and great food. I was a bit worried the food wood be over the top with the "coffee gravy" and "tea chicken", but all the flavors were suttle and blended together well.
If you like biscuits this is the ideal place to come to. Freshly baked biscuits with the choice of your meat or veggies. Excellent gravies. Delicious sides. A place that children will enjoy as they have a small play area and also coloring books and crayons.
Stopped by here for brunch on my last day in Wilmington. The food was very good - classic with some interesting twists. I honestly expected the prices to be higher after spending the weekend here. Staff was great, and I really liked the vibe.
Beautiful smiles and lovely smells. Servers were friendly and attentive. Food was prompt and delicous. Decor is retro, but simple. 10/10 we will be back.
Came on a rainy Saturday morning and received thoughtful, personal service. The biscuit combinations on the menu were original and unique. The food was fresh and delicious. Worth every penny.
We only had a night and a morning in Wilmington on our recent trip, but so thankful our AirBnb host recommended Rolled & Baked. Food was unbelievably delicious, coffee was great, loved the vibe of the place. Best biscuit sandwich I ever had, no question about it.
