Jimmy John's DT ILM is hands down our go-to spot for fuel during our busy days. These guys don't mess around. They are always fast, Indeed, freaky-fast. We all have our favorites, and JJ always comes through for us. Brook has a magic touch with sandwiches, always on point with her creations--is sandwich wizard too much? Now to James, their delivery angel. He. is. the. best.—Period. Honestly, James is too good for this world... protect him at all costs. If you want affordable, delicious food at warp speed, Jimmy John's Downtown Wilmington is where it’s at! Love them to pieces!

I've been to this location about six times and every single time has been a pleasure to eat there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. The location it's perfect because it doesn't matter where you are it's so easy to get to. if you're out and about doing some shopping or walking along the river Jimmy John's is the perfect spot to get either a snack or a meal.

I recently had a bad review but am actually changing it. Since then most of the staff has changed and the company was actually bought out on a corporate level (although this and most locations are privately owned). The menu and general policies and such have been revamped and it is a way better place. Wes was awesome to talk to and gave outstanding customer service. Would recommend to friends!

I work downtown and when it comes to delivery food, these guys are my go to. Today i ordered my sandwich, and 8 minutes later it was in my hand. I rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it does, its correct everytime and the deliverer is friendly. Hands down best sammich delivery in town. 6 stars
