Went for breakfast Saturday May 26th. I have never seen a staff working so hard to serve and assist their guests. There was a young lady and her trainer who bent over backwards to make please our two tables. The food was awesome as well. I tried the chicken bagels for the first time and can’t wait to have another! I was very impressed with our visit.
We lived in Wilmington for 4 years and this is the BEST staff and customer service at any Chick-Fil-a we’ve ever been to. The staff took time to get to know our family, learning our kids by name and was a staple during my last pregnancy. Juan, Elizabeth, Kristian and the whole breakfast/lunch crew are top notch! Much love to you guys from our family! Thank you for four years of remarkable service!
My family loves Chic Fil A. We went to this one and everyone was so personable and friendly. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, is because of the tight fit in the parking lot. It was like dodgeball with vehicles and 3 different cars almost hit mine because of how narrow it was. I didn't feel safe parking and walking in with my children, so that wasn't and option. I feel they should somehow reconstruct it and the parking. But, other than that, it was a wonderful experience
It's a Chick-fil-A. You know the drill - excellent chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, lemonade. This location is busy but the food was fresh and the dining room was cleaner than most.
By far, this has been the most pleasant visit nationwide. The atmosphere and the service was amazing. The team was excellent and charismatic. Their tone of voice and energy was that of a 5 star restaurant. They all need a promotion. No other Chick Fillet will ever top this.
My kids enjoy the play place at this location. I would have given more stars if it wasn’t for the fact I overheard an employee complaining about her other coworkers to a guest who was trying to eat near us. Very unprofessional, especially for a Chick-fil-a employee.
I was given my drink cup with soda on the side of the cup that is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to the service industry. Having past experience in fast food as well it only takes a second to wipe the cup clean so it doesn't get on the customers hands or clothes. The condiment station was dirty and lacking items. The play area is closed. Our food came out fast and was perfect! Gil was very pleasant and nice to talk with.
The food is always fresh and hot! The Employees are always extra nice. Like out of the ordinary nice. Compared to other fast food resturaunts! They even have gluten free foods. That's awesome!
I've never experienced better customer service than I did this morning from Jeremiah. Not only was he personable and kind, but engaging and it really seems like he enjoyed what he was doing.
Headed to the beach, stopped by for a quick bite. Food was delicious! Kristian was a charm to speak with when she served us our food. Great personality! Thank you for your kindness ☺️

Coming from Germany, me and my girlfriend were on vacation in beautiful North Carolina a couple of days ago. We are grateful to felt the southern hospitality so often during our roadtrip, but the friendliness and warm-heartedness of the staff in this Chick-fil-A restaurant made our lunch break really stand out in all the good memories we made.
