Came in shortly after opening for lunch, and happy I did. The bartender Aly was a blast to talk to, and the food I had was delicious. Tasted a few local beers too, and found a few new favorites.
The Ramsay Bolton burger was very tasty. I do wish they’d spread the bacon jam first, but otherwise it was great. The waffle fries were crisp but not too crunchy. Didn’t need any seasoning. I wish I’d known I would’ve been charged for the honey mustard and ranch prior, but at least I know what they taste like now. The honey mustard would probably be great on fried chicken, and the ranch on wings. They both tasted like they were made in-house.
I’ll definitely revisit next time I’m visiting the area.

We ordered local beers on tap from our charming waitress.
We ordered the Rebellion Burger with bourbon bacon jam. It was EXCEPTIONALLY good and this is what I'd get if I return.
My sandwich, The Rebel Yell, while featured on the Food Network, was a little lackluster. You can see from the photos that it was bread heavy. The side salad was fresh.
The menu described the french fries as skin on potatoes, but were also nothing special.
Overall, a solid choice for lunch, but I'd stick to the burgers.

Nice downtown bar and grill featuring high quality burgers, wings, and sandwiches with a solid beer selection. Nice inside and has outdoor seating, service is excellent. Not pretentious or expensive - just good.

Tried Rebellion for the first time around 5pm on a friday night. Nachos were huge and absolutely delicious. Tried the rebel yell sandwich. Enjoyed the beer selection. Definitely give this local gem a try!

We stopped in for a quick lunch and it was anything but that. Only 1 server there at opening and she was racing around. Our food took quite a while to arrive. When we did get it, it was good. We ordered the rebel yell, the showboat and the Philly. We also ordered a kids grilled cheese. The rebel yell was super salty and the bacon was not crispy. The showboat was yummy with lots of fresh toppings and flavor. The philly was good too but we were surprised it didn’t come with peppers and onions. Overall it was good. Nothing spectacular but decent lunch.

We stopped by Rebellion NC after seeing a movie because it was open late. I'm so glad we did! The sports bar atmosphere was very lively and fun. My husband loved his maple old fashioned. The food was almost as pretty as it was delicious! Of all the chicken sandwiches I've had since moving to the south, I honestly think this was my favorite. As a native Idahoan, I appreciated the Idaho Potato French fries. The service was timely and very friendly. The location is very good, only a block away from the water front and central to the downtown night life scene. The portions are huge, so it was nice to take a walk along the water and digest after we ate. We will definitely be coming back.

Rebellion has excellent food with wonderful service and a unique atmosphere. Live acoustic music in their cozy outside seating area was the cherry on top.

Great place to go to watch a football game. I wish I knew the name of the hostess & our waitress on Oct 7th. They were both great.
First, the hostess turned on the Ohio State game for us & placed us in a booth where we had excellent viewing of the game.
Our waitress made us feel right at home, allowing us to watch the game without pressuring us to vacate the booth after we ate.

There was a large number of items on the menu and all of the appetizers we had were perfect for a game. Hats off to the chef who, as we came to find out, is a Buckeyes fan!

My family went here for early Xmas celebration. Food was really good. I had the Curly Washburn burger - very tasty. Washed it down with draft WW Pernicious. Service was a bit slow, but it was Friday night at 6pm so understandable.

The smoked wings are fantastic. Getting sauces on the side to dip are a gamechanger. For drinks: the in bloom is incredibly floral with a soapy aftertaste. The bussa was sweet with a nice honey finishing note.
Food: the old north burger and a bunless Marshall is featured. The cheesesteak impersonation was also delicious.

Me & a couple of friends had a great 1st time experience here the other night. Loved it!! The vibe was just what we needed to get our night started. Great food & drinks, live music outdoors with an outdoor bar. Upstairs lounge with bar & main floor for food & another bar. Definitely worth checking out. I can’t wait to go back. The nachos were awesome. Between the 3 of us, that’s all we needed.

We tried a couple dishes and both were awesome! We had the chicken tender appetizer , which was sssssooo good, and our daughter got the chicken sandwich. We will definitely go back to try more food. Their homemade bloody Mary mix is very yummy too!!!

Went here with 6 people on a Friday night in high season and got a great seat outside on the patio, in the shade. Their beer menu is quite extensive with 10-15 on tap and serval others in cans/bottles. We all got a different kind and all were tasty. Same for the menu, we all had different entrees and everyone loved theirs. The mac n cheese side is delicious, highly recommend. Recommend any of the burgers as well. At the end of our meal the owner came out and thanked us for dining there, said they were planning to do some more work on the patio to make it even better. They have a very open inside, including dart boards! Great restaurant, highly recommend. Veteran owned.

First time at Rebellion and it won’t be the last! We happened to wander in on a Sunday night and decided to sit at the bar. Bar tender was very attentive and they had a great special of $4 Local Craft Beers. We ordered the chicken wings which were delicious and then split the Pride of the South burger. The burger was hands down the best I’ve ever had! Loved the overall atmosphere and food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Looking for crab legs & found this off the beatin path place & best ever!!! Will definitely be back prices were great service was great & chef came to table telling us special of crab stuffed blackened salmon with his special sauce & brought us samples of sauce to taste - amazing!! This is honestly the most ridiculous restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of being in. I'm not even mad because of how funny it is. Mid day Saturday and there is A waitress and A cook. Every table is dirty and people can't find a table.
They are honestly befuddled at the concept of people wanting to exchange money for food.

I've been wanting to try this place and glad we did. We sat on their outside patio which is a great atmosphere right in the great of downtown with the historical brick buildings and outdoor tv's. We had our goddaughter with us and was a little nervous that it wasn't kid friendly but they have a good kid's menu and she gobbled up all of it (grilled cheese).
My wife had a shrimp po' boy that was piled with perfectly fried shrimp. I had their smokehouse burger. It's cooked to order and topped with onion rings, bbq sauce and pulled pork on a toasted bun. Omg it was amazing!
Everything was reasonably priced considering the portions you receive. And if you have an Attractions book, they have a bogo coupon good up to $9 off!
We will definitely be returning!!!

First time stopped in on a Saturday, burger was special and I proceeded to order that. Must say it eas delicious! My parter a grouper Taco and said it was outstanding. We returned on Wednesday night for appetizers, he had the 1/2 price shrimp they were cooked great in a nice Old Bay Spice and I had the Nachos. Everything was great. Will differently go back.

This place is phenomenal! We will definitely be back as many Sunday's as we can to watch football. The staff were very accommodating, we came in with a large group to watch the games. We wanted to be outside, they put all three tv's to the games we wanted. Food was great and fast.

Came in for a quick bite during Rims on the River. Was pleased to see they were not busy. That should of been my first sign. We sat for 10 mins before we were greeted and asked for our drink order. My b/f was served the wrong beer. We ordered burgers and waited way too long for the subpar burgers that arrive at the table. We asked for napkins, waited 5 mins then went and found my own. Later we were brought napkins. Never asked if we needed anything else or more drinks. Had to go to the bar to pay our bill. Would NEVER return. Staff seems to simply not care

Buzz's Roost is the place to be. Great Service hands done. I had my birthday bash here over the weekend and the staff was amazing. Big shoutout to Nick, he is the best, friendly, and is on top of his game. Great food and drinks.
