The us by far the best Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. Service is awesome. Hostess was friendly and receptive. Our server was fantastic. Our chef was wonderful. Everything he could was perfect. The portions are huge. You will be taking home plenty to eat later. The prices are very reasonable. The food is too quality, fresh and meats are top grade. Restaurant is beautiful and large and clean throughout. Bathroom was clean and stocked. We had the best time. My favorite Japanese restaurant by leaps and bounds. Great job folk's! Looking forward to my next visit.

First timers. Looking for a place like we had in our old hometown. The yum yum is delicious. The ginger salad dressing has a sweet taste. The waitstaff is nice. The chef is nice and does a great job. The food is so good. They give you so much food, and we did a share plate. I would definitely recommend this over the other place in the area.

I thoroughly enjoy dining here even tho the wait can exceed 45min. What really makes Hiros special is their attentive staff, as well as the chefs. These guys really work the crowd and work hard for their money while reading the mood of the table and maintaining a positive atmosphere. These folks are dedicated to this profession, show your appreciation with generosity on the first line of the check. Ive been coming here since I was a child, I'm 33 now, I hope you are even more successful when I turn 50.

We used to order takeout from here all the time. It was one of the most consistently accurate takeout spots where the food would taste just like sitting down and eating. It was amazing! The 4 star rating is a reflection of my past orders. I do have to say, I can no longer order takeout from here because the last 2 times have been really bad. It’s whoever is cooking the takeout orders is doing a really poor job. Noodles hardly being seasoned, chicken is burnt and hard, veggies hardly cooked(2 times now). The meals taste nothing like they used to taste. We usually keep our leftovers but we just threw these orders out. Really disappointing to spend $100+ on meals we did not enjoy eating. Hopefully this feedback helps and I can try it again in a few months once they fix this problem. Bummed I do not have the confidence to order from here tonight.

Great sushi, Miso soup and really fresh seaweed salad! That was lunch at our 1st visit. We returned for the Japanese Steakhouse side and enjoyed the show as our food was quickly cooked. The steak was delicious and cooked exactly as ordered. The seafood was perfectly seasoned and properly cooked as well. All dinners came with soup, salad and rice or noodles, according to order. Wine, sake, beer, and assorted soft drinks are available as well. The decor was comfortable, some private areas are nice for quiet meals without the Steakhouse show. Well worth the trip!

Great atmosphere. Loved the chef. Kind of pricy but most hibachi restaurants are about the same. The adult share option was great for us. Only $12 and we share the meat (we ordered chicken, steak, and shrimp) and we each got our own share of rice, veggies, soup, and salad. Had a great time.

We visited Hiro on a really slow night, the Tuesday following Labor Day Weekend. Both our server, Jason, and the chef really gave our family a great meal and experience. All three of us ordered the hibachi steak and chicken, with the steak requested to be medium rare. The steak was prepared perfectly, along with the chicken and side dishes. The portions are generous, so we all brought leftovers home. We will definitely be going back, and will recommend this Japanese Steakhouse to our friends.

The food was great. The drinks were great and our cook was very interactive and the food was amazing it had an amazing taste and it was actually seasoned. Most hibachi places don’t use alot of seasoning lol. Over all this play was a 9/10 only because my drink was too strong but most people like strong drinks.

We got there right at opening for dinner. The staff was respectful and very good. He came out and cooked in front of us and we were the only ones at our table, it took about 10 minutes to come out and was cooked within 20. It was expensive but worth it!

Food was delicious. The waiter was great and the cook was excellent. So worth the money. You get tons of food. I had the the shrimp and steak. We were celebrating my daughters BIRTHDAY. They brought the cake out with candles that I forgot. They sang Happy Birthday to her. Very nice.

Loved the service! Our chef was amazing as well as our waitress. Our drinks stayed full and our pockets stayed happy. You get much more out of this steakhouse than many other Japanese Hibachi places. (Offering extra noodles and/or rice if you don't want veggies, offering extras in place of things. They are very accommodating.) Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Had the hibachi tuna and it was amazing...my son had the steak, my wife had the chicken...very generous portions and everything was cooked perfectly...the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent....would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back for more....

I have been to my fair share of Hibachi restaurants and Sushi bars. The waitress was amazing and so was the chef. The waitress kept our drinks filled and was very friendly. We came in on a vacation and weren't sure about the area and the waitress was more than welcome to help. The chef was fun and cooked everything perfectly. The soup was amazing as was the salad. I cannot wait to return and be able to come here again.

We eat here at least every other month and the food is really good. Last night was the best night we have had there. Austin was our chef and he was very entertaining. The food was the best that we ever had. We will definitely continue going back and when we do, we will see if Austin is available to cook for us.

Food took forever to get and then it came out wrong. Sushi was made with way too much rice and tasted like it was prepared with old ingredients. Server rarely stopped by to check on us and had to be flagged down in order to ask where our food was. We got hibachi (but sat in the room by the bar) and sushi and the filet was over cooked. Server also never asked how our food was.

Food was great. More extras (ex. noodles) given with meal than some Japanese steak houses. A tad on the expensive side, but the servings are generous and lasted for two more meals. Very kid friendly and our picky eater ate well. We did have to wait for awhile for a chief, but not long considering it was a Friday night on Easter weekend at the beach.
