I've ordered by phone to pick up twice. First time had to wait for food...then wait for it to be remade according to order (allergies). Second time my order was given to someone else...and had to wait for it to be remade. Sandwich was delicious when it was finally made correctly!

I miss the old Euclid location, Where I grew up ordering from Ray. Mentor closed down after Covid. The flavors bring back great memories! Come back to Mentor!

Food is always excellent, service has changed. Unfortunately they answered and worked two phone orders before even asking me if I'd been helped. The of course prepared those phone order in order placed or taken so it would've been quicker for me to call from inside.

Very good subs salads and pasta. Priced reasonably quality ingredients always busy take out only. Good food for lunch pasta and salad for supper you can’t go wrong
Just recently stopped by to get a Italian sub all newer employees was shocked at their inefficiency took over 25 minutes for a simple sub then they made it and forgot to call the order out let me sit there for more time

Old school Italian family-owned restaurant that I stopped at for lunch. I had the Italian sub which was phenomenal. The people inside were great, friendly and helpful. Salad was really good too. Definitely will be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.
