Great customer service from both the workers and owner. The owner, Mark, is extremely customer driven, polite, and responsive. My favorite Rita’s in the area!

Good customer service!! Cashier was very polite and professional. My Gelati was delicious! I had mango-pineapple with vanilla custard and it was very good. I would definitely go back!

A Philly springtime tradition. Right next to old school burgers in willow grove, great local place to stop for a water ice. Staff friendly, plenty of parking, lots of flavors to choose from. Get a soft pretzel and water ice and start your afternoon off right. Highly recommended for a quick snack on

Friendly staff. Water ice is always refreshing on a hot day. This is a smaller located with limited outdoor seating but is open year round (access through the burger joint on the off season).

Always solid for water ice. This location hasn't had the rewards scan working in several weeks, so your purchases don't count towards the program. Asked each time, each time the employee said "oh, it got lost, we're waiting for a new one." It's literally a printed QR code.

Tonight, there was a massive line of people who showed up less than an hour before closing. The young ladies working handled it so wonderfully and professionally. I was the second to last customer and I had great service with a smile. Great experience!
