Denny's

I was in here on Thursday, March 30 2019 and I want to give a personal thank you for the staff at the Denny's that were working from about 11pm until 4am. You were SEVERELY understaffed that night. I unfortunately do not know the names of anyone, so it will have to be to everyone as a group. Between the DeliveryServiceBell and the phone for (presumably) people from the online orders--which can SLAM YOU out of NOWHERE and you can't shut them off until 'someone' does something about it. THAT IS NOT THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE'S FAULT! I don't know for sure, but it has to be hard to 'turn that off' because of how much of a revenue stream that is... And when you are already so understaffed like you were yesterday, you are already soo busy and you. just. cant. get. it... Yeah, customers--they hear it too! Just calm down, get used to it, because online delivery is here to stay, in one form or another--it's just another "phone" or "radio" or any other new technology that gets a new use. SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP! It is annoying--that is what it is supposed to do. But like, everyone has to come at a "first come first serve" basis because you just can't do two things at once. SO ANYWAY... Everything was FANTASTIC and I'm sorry for the drunk guy who passed out on your waiting area couch... I attached a funny photo, maybe you'll get a chuckle out of it. Maybe i'll get in trouble, who knows!

I order takeout often from this restaurant and it has been hit or miss. I hadn't been there for dine-in in a long time. The food was quite good. I had an ultimate omelette with blueberry pancakes. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. I felt bad for our server though. We came at an off time, 3 pm, and she was doing everything, and doing a great job, I might add. I've had good carry out from this Denny's before, but eating in the restaurant was a better experience.

This Denny's is always a hit or miss but I have NOTHING bad to say about our latest visit. Our food was as expected, the service was fabulous - our waitress was the biggest sweetheart and made us so comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning up my 7 months old mess on the floor when she saw me picking her crumbs up!
