Pretty good and fresh food. The dining room needs a facelift. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A great location! Not super busy both in the drive thru or inside the actual store. Was a good experience with the guy at the register taking orders. Order came out in a good amount of time and I was even offered a crown and ketchup.

Food is food. It’s good for fast food. Service was good. Very kind. But the place was pretty dirty. The floors and tables were sticky. There were flies, and the walls outside the bathrooms were dirty. Meaning there were black smears and orange smears.

This location has quite possibly the most beautiful woman you'll ever find in a fast food restaurant; Veronica. She legit looks like a real life version of Princess Jasmine and that is by no means an insult. She's also extremely personable and helpful.

Customer service can be a coin toss as is in most fast food restaurants. Sometimes you get a really nice person that goes out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. A lot of other times you get someone with youth entitlement attitude. No skin in a game. The ambience of the restaurant is quite nice cafeteria style. I never seen this restaurant more than 10% full at various time of the day. For a Burger King restaurant it's better than average.

Burger King is the King for burgers, great service with a great product selection for fast food. The King is waiting for your appetite. Try that new Ghost pepper Whopper for an one of a kind experience.

Hey what can I say it's the Kings place!! Seriously believe it or not BK does send out flyers with coupons to save us money but not alot of people use them. Download the BK app as that is a good resource!!

Seemed like the person preparing food was not really on the ball. A few irritated people waiting for their food one lady said 40 minutes. But people exaggerate. But, I did wait longer than normal. The cashier was very patient and stepped in after waiting about to fill my order. Very much appreciated her extra efforts filling orders as she could.

I love the fries better than any of the others and the whopper is always yummmy !

Summary: Food was good and fresh, service was excellent. No complaints. I really don't leave reviews anywhere but I was genuinely impressed with my experience. There were two cars that had already ordered when I pulled up, but even with that it was under 90 seconds from arriving to leaving with food. The food: It's fast food, it of course is going to taste great. I got a bacon melt meal (with fries and an oreo shake) and the bacon melt was surprisingly tasty, hot, and didn't skimp on any ingredients. The French fries were fantastic, very hot (freshly fried) and perfectly cooked. Milkshake was a little thick, but I suspect it's prepared exactly as BK calls for. It also was a working milkshake machine... The service: Honestly the part that impressed me. It's not hard to make food taste good and be fresh, but the service was exactly what I would hope for. The girl who took my order was very prompt, responsive, and calm. I didn't feel like I was wasting her time which can't always be said in drive throughs (and I have spent years working at a drive through food service establishment). The older gentleman (in a different colored shirt, so maybe a supervisor/manager?) who handed me my food and took payment was also very polite and attentive. Napkins and Straw were already in the bag. The one comment I might make is that I wasn't offered or given a receipt. I'm sure most people don't want it, but I think it should always be offered atleast. The gentleman at the window gave me a courteous goodbye after I got my food. I came here because a competitor burger chain closer to me has some of the most inconsistent service and food I've ever seen. Unfortunately they're the only 24 hour establishment in the area so I frequent them often. At that place I've actually been insulted with cursing when they thought they turned their headset off, and that was because they thought I was idiot when I said "okay" after they suggested a sauce that's only carried at a totally different fast food place that I don't frequent... That place is so bad it's a liability to the whole brand and should be shut down and restructured with new management. There have been a couple of nice employee's there, but the night shift is typically extremely bad. This Burger King was a MUCH more pleasant experience, and I'll be making the extra drive during the hours they're open.
